what's your opinion on dawn of the clans? Dawn of the clans was actually the first warriors book series I read because it was apparently chronologically first, it holds a special place in my heart.

For me Dawn of the clans was a breath of fresh air in the fanchise, it was (technically) a new start with a new story and new characters to explore. It wasnt weighed down by other arcs and could exist as its own thing in the warriors story. And cause of that they were able to flesh out and explore so many new and interesting characters/dynamics and I just enjoyed it so much. And I loved it being set during the origins of the clans cause seeing how they came about was super interesting. Especially cause like, they weren't really held back by the sometimes dumb rules of the modern clans since they were still figuring things out and so things felt more natural.

Definitely had its flaws tho that stand out a bit to me, the treatment of many of the female characters (particularly love interests) in this arc was definitely a bit offputting at times

Which cats do you think have the best names?

Hawkfrost, Tall shadow, Clear Sky, Sandstorm, Bristlefrost, Fireheart, Kestrelflight, Kitescratch, Sunfall, Mapleshade, Morningflower, Tallpoppy, Turtletail

Do you have a favorite Warriors background character, like someone who doesn't do anything plot relevant but you just like seeing them in the books?

Oh gosh uh... Idk if I can name a favorite off the top of my head But one i do really like is Ebonyclaw from skyclans destiny! I just think she's neat.

Also maybe she's a bit less of a background character but Mousefur!

who's your favorite cat to draw ?

This varies but lately its been the protagonists of The Broken code, particularly Bristlefrost and Shadowsight

i mentioned in a recent ask that its hard to pick a favorite since theres so many characters but one of my favorites would be bluestar

Favorite ship is hard too, especially cause i'm not a huge shipper hahah. I liked the sort of young impulsive love dynamic of Bluestar and Oakheart! Ravenpaw and Barely is also just very sweet and good <3

I'm gonna assume you mean my favorite design of the ones I made so far? probably my Leafstar or Squirrelflight designs! My Dovewing gets an honorable mention for being the design that's remained without changes for longest

My favorite arc has to be the first one to be honest, I still think it holds up the best out of all of them and you got to know the characters better and the story was consistently good throughout the whole arc, plus the nostalgia <3 Dawn of the Clans get 2nd place tho, I also really enjoyed the setting, story and characters of that arc.

who's your favorite character? I think mine would be Ivypool but I feel like the writing for her at the end of oos was kinda meh.

Hmmm Deciding on my favorite character is pretty hard since theres so manyyyy, but some characters I really like are Bluestar, Sandstorm, Leafstar, Firestar (im basic LOL), Crookedstar, Tawnypelt to name a few (most of these are from the 1st arc since thats the one i read most recently)

I like Fanon Ivypool but I havent read oots in so long that im not sure if I’ll like canon ivypool as much

I stopped reading after the forth series and now I'm seeing all these new character designs and it's inspired me to continue reading! Idk who Twigbranch is but their name is most of that inspiration if I'm being honest

Ah I’m glad the designs intrigued you enough to continue reading!! 

I’m -mostly- up to date with the series, except for the last 1-2 books I think. While Warriors always has its issues with writing and such, I’m really enjoying the recent arcs and I especially like the protagonists of The Broken Code and am very intrigued by the main conflict. 

Yeah! A lot of people dont like Twigbranch’s name I think? and well, it is redundant but I think its endearing hahahaha
