Send Lore Drop! And I will talk about lore or a head canon regarding my muse.

Karina is one of those character's whose development I really actually adored. She was one of my favorite characters when I first watched Tiger and Bunny and that opinion has not changed.

She starts off frustrated because she only became a hero in order to promote her singing career. Considering she was 16 in the first 13 episodes, that honestly makes a lot of sense. In that portion of our lives is when we're struggling to develop our own authentic selves and also is when we start seeing more of the world and how it works and developing more empathy for others than we originally do in prepubescence. Because of that, her selfishness is actually rather understandable. I remember struggling with that at her age as well. And usually, it takes a little bit of a push to truly realize the empathy for other people.

In Karina's case, it was Kotetsu's interference. He wasn't afraid to give her a talking to about her priorities. Her parents on the other hand, always seemed to either completely miss the point or--in the case of her Father--almost hesitate. It was clear that she wasn't being given what she needed emotionally in that household and she was acting out because of it. But after everything that happened, she became more dedicated to being a HERO too and not just her singing career.

Even at the ending of season one, she was believed by the enemy to be the weak link, but she wasn't. And she believed in Kotetsu even when her memories were lying to her. It showed a huge emotional development in her and I adored it.

Also, I love how they portray her as an adult at the ending of season 2!

Karina had one of the best character developments in the entire series and if you don't agree you can fight me.
