Tavros ==> Wake up. [intro/open]
The familiar troll’s approach went undetected for the most part — until he was merely a few feet away. This place had many new sights and sounds to offer…between the wildlife, endlessly sloshing water and constant buzz amongst it’s residents, it was a lot to take in. The sound of approaching wheels was eventually enough to gain his attention, wary eyes reluctantly rolling from his latest victim to the larger horned troll.
“Tavbro!” A generous grin split his face as soon as the advancing male was identified, bearing those ever-sharp teeth of his. He knew there were other trolls lurking about these parts — he was still convinced (no one had informed him otherwise because they were likely just as confused as he himself) that this was part of another session. It was just a matter of running into everyone, although even that seemed unimportant for the time being? His meet and greet with Aradia was rather swift, for example, and came without instructions. Maybe Tavros was here to give him some? Regardless, he moved to meet the Page of Breath midway, that smile of his unfailing as he subconsciously weaved the flower’s stem between his fingers
“That’s because my husktop’s all gone with the motherfuckin’ wind!” He looked rather happy about that, but it was unrelated. Really.
Tavros felt such relief at the sight of Gamzee, and that Gamzee had acknowledged him in such a friendly manner. All feelings of loneliness evaporated. He was truly happy to be around one of his favorite parts about home.
His smile widened, taking note that Gamzee seemed to be doing well here. He looked as cheery as ever, as relaxed as he last remembered him.
He took note of Gamzee mentioning his husktop being gone. That pieced a few more things together for Tavros. He noticed there was no sign of major technology around here. Maybe his capricious friend knew where they were. And maybe even when they were, considering this place wasn't very technologically advanced just yet.
"Yeah, I, uh, noticed this place is a lot different from back home," he replied. "Do you maybe have an idea that could supply some sort of, uh, explanation pertaining to our arrival here?"
Tavros paused.
His smile became a bit more gentle, expressing that a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders.
"And, uh, it's really awesome that you're here. It feels like we haven't talked or anything in sweeps."
