omg convincing yourself that youre unloveable because of your weight >> shoutout to my brain for that nightmare
concept: I just sleep until I’m 90 lbs
mental illness tries to make you believe horrible things about yourself, but they’re never true. you’re not weak. you’re not broken. you’re not a bad person. believe in yourself and remember how strong you are.
Well, 1000 kcal started to look real scary real fast diDnT iT???
hopefully tomorrow too
hey!!!!!! congrats!!!!! why??? you ask???? because you made it to today!!! even after everything !! i’m so proud of you!!
If you did not eat well today, at least you put something into your body. If you spent the entire day on your phone, at least you did not isolate yourself completely. If you only talked to one person today, at least you socialised a little. If you did not have the energy to get out of bed, at least you woke up, at least you breathed and made it through the day. You can be so very proud of yourself, my love. Stop hating yourself for not succeeding. And start giving yourself credit for trying. For trying so hard. Every single day. You are amazing.
i think chloe ting wants to kill me
hey btw if ur transphobic don’t interact with my blog. we support trans people here
here’s to everyone hitting a low point after doing really well. you’re amazing and so strong and your hard work is not erased. you will find happiness again
hey it’s been almost a week since I started working out everyday (I missed one day though whoops 🥴) and ... I feel rlly good omg. like my body feels kinda slimmer even though I know i probably havent lost much weight. i havent been counting calories much but I think I’ve generally been eating less than 600cal a day :-)
i haven’t weighed myself in abour a month maybe and I keep putting it off bc I want to try to lose as much as I can. I’m so scared of weighing myself bc if the number isn’t lower or it’s higher im gonna be so depressed lollll. so I’m gonna do this for another week and then weigh myself!
love u all hope ur all doing well today :P

Forgive yourself if today was a bad day.
Forgive yourself if things didn’t go according to plan.
Forgive yourself, even if you feel like you messed up.
Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing the best you can.
Recipe for oil-free oven fries!
This recipe is great but unfortunately only works if you have silicone baking mats! Otherwise I think you’d need a little olive or canola oil so that they don’t stick to the pan
Ingredients:
• 2 russet potatoes
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground pepper
• Other seasonings to taste (I really like smoked paprika, garlic powder and oregano, but you can use whatever you want, or even just use salt and pepper!)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats
2. Peel potatoes and slice into fry-sized strips
3. Place the potatoes on baking mats and sprinkle seasonings onto them
4. Mix up the potatoes so the seasoning evenly covers them
5. Line the potatoes up to form a single layer on each baking sheet
6. Bake for 30-40 mins (depends on oven, mine is pretty consistent at 37 mins!) until browned and crispy, then remove from oven and enjoy!
I really like this recipe since it’s not as heavy feeling as typical fries that are made with oil, but they still get crispy in the oven because of the silicone mats!
Serving size: ¼ recipe (so ½ a potato)
Calories: 85 kcals per serving
*wakes up feeling ugly* oh god I have to be funny today
i lost 25 lbs in 2 months
how i did it:
-counted calories and ate 400-900 calories a day, mostly from fruit and veggies
-walked at least 40 minutes a day and did cardio or pilates a couple days a week on top of it
-i drink lots of tea and coffee bcuz i love them
what i didn’t do:
-i never fasted more than 24 hours
-i never purged or used laxitives
-i never worked out for longer than 30 minutes
-i never drank apple cider vinegar or snorted cayenne pepper or anything like that
-i never even restricted lower than 400 cal a day
-i don’t take cold showers
stuff that didn’t ruin my weight loss:
-i fucked up and ate 900+ about once every week or so
-i went over 2000 cal once or twice (possibly even more since i’m not diligent about counting alcohol calories)
my point is, if you have a little patience you don’t need to do anything extreme. if youre anything like me you’ll stop bingeing once you stop torturing yourself, and then you’ll reach your goals. It won’t happen in a week, but it won’t take forever either.
disclaimer i know what i did was technically restricting and i’m not recommending it to healthy individuals BUT it is a lot less dangerous than fasting for days and throwing up because you’re bingeing because you’re trying to eat 200 cal a day
Ultimate Binge Prevention
10. Drink a glass of water : binging will make you gain weight
9. Grab a piece of gum : binging will make your body and face bloat
8. Get out of the kitchen : it will take you double the amount of time to get to your goal weight
7. Drink more water : your clothes will become tighter
6. Go for a walk : you will regret binging in the morning
5. Watch a TV show : wearing a bathing suit will be so much harder
4. Draw yourself at your goal weight : you will feel greasy
3. Do a YouTube workout : binging ruins your teeth and skin
2. Write down the reasons you want to lose weight : you will feel guilty
1. Drink a hot tea : control yourself for future you
