Not to be this guy but

Ive taken care of patients when I had worked at my last job for less active symptoms than I currently have, as well as having more answers by the time they left, than the 20 professionals ive seen since February

Instead they see that im 30 and "coherent" and try to slap "munchausen" on my record, in which my pcp saw and was like

Last time I was seen for 1 worrying symptom the UC MD made fun of me for it. So, naturally, I wake up to the same thing again and im so fuckin scared to go back

We used to hang out every Saturday, but she's only seen us 5 times total this year, twice was when I had been in the hospital.

Her birthday was the 2nd and we kept asking if we can give her presents but she's just. ignoring all that.
