Skinny people who only eat an apple every other day being all "haha I just dont have an appetite!! Ive always been like this i promise!!! DONT WORRY ABOUT IT PLEASE!!!! DONT MAKE ME EAT IN FRONT OF YOU!!!!!"
Meanwhile people who volunteer themselves going on Keto to lose weight as fast as possible are still looked down on because its a fat/oil food type based diet.
Or people are so so scared to be seen eating an indulgent meal, so they wait until their whole household is asleep before ordering taco bell delivered at 1 am with the delivery instructions being "do not knock or ring door bell. Do not make a sound. Just drop it off and leave !!"
Like damn ok.
Note: this is not generalized. This isnt talking about people who have medically necessary diets. Its about the culture of body shame.
