I'm sorry things have led you to feel this way about your work, people can be awful :( but please remember, regardless, your work is cherished and you must care for yourself. If it is for your own safety, thats ofc always understandable and valid. But ofc, some pathetic nobodies shouldn't be able to beat you down! never let it kill your love for art and fandom and community! You are appreciated in some way no matter what, someone out there will always appreciate you and your work <3 There are just many rotten apples on the wide web. :(

Thank you! I’m always flattered whenever someone expresses their appreciation for my art. I’m happy and delighted to share my art with Danganronpa fans who are so accepting and kind to me, so I’m sorry that this decision might mean I lose some opportunities to meet new friends.

I don’t know why people in the West always say “don’t let it get you down” or “don’t give up”… My perspective might be quite different. I draw simply for my own enjoyment and to share it with fellow fans who might want to see it, and I’m happy to make friends with kind people. But when this starts to make me feel unhappy, when the unhappiness of posting my art outweighs the joy, then posting it loses its meaning. All I want to do is create things I like and share them with people who might like them too—just to share the joy. If that ultimately makes me unhappy, isn’t that putting the cart before the horse? I’ve put up with this for long enough, and I feel like this situation is especially bad in the West (sorry, Western artists, that you have to endure this all the time).

I still love art because it’s something I genuinely enjoy, but I’m skeptical of Western fan communities and circles—sorry, this is entirely based on my personal experiences and feelings. I don’t need anyone’s validation or recognition, nor do I want it. I don’t think my art is that great, but it deserves respect, and I’m happy that people appreciate it. But I don’t depend on that.

But I think this is just a difference in perspective. I know you mean well, and thank you for sharing this with me! I know not everyone is terrible, but I wish people wouldn’t just ignore the issue while telling artists to “be strong.” If everyone wants to change this situation, the most important thing is to stop them and make them pay the price for it—otherwise, this will never end…

Sorry for rambling—these are just my current thoughts. Maybe I just don’t understand things deeply enough, or perhaps I’m hoping for a bit more justice in this world. Anyway, thank you—you’re such a kind person!❤

I just can’t understand how some people can’t tell the difference between “one satisfying meal” and “a full stomach every meal.” If you like the art an artist creates and want to see more of it in the future, you need to respect them. They’ll only be willing and happy to keep creating the art you love if they feel their creative process is safe. Is that so hard to understand? If you’re going to say you like my art while simultaneously offending me, then just stop looking. I’m not willing to spend my time and energy painting just to show it to people like that.

Actually, I want to delete everything. It’s just that since there are some people who are kind to me, I don’t want to take things too far.

hi, i wondered why you were linking to a callout post on your art and expected it to be petty drama. i read the whole thing and i was shocked at how blatant the plagiarism was and i'm very sorry you had to go through that. i hope that person leaves you and everyone else alone in the future, i don't even understand why they feel the need to plagiarise when they seem perfectly capable at art

Oh, so doing this actually works, haha. Thank you for taking the time to look into this, even though you might have thought it was a minor issue. In fact, it has completely achieved my goal! The more people who know what she's done, the fewer people might fall victim to her deception.

Thank you for your concern! I also sincerely hope she will stop infringing on others' rights. I hope that both I and other artists can feel that our shared love for Fuyuhiko is a source of luck and joy, after all, we draw to share our happiness. But the way she's exploiting and taking advantage of us right now is frustrating and infuriating. We aren't a free resource library, and our creative work, born out of love, isn't a justification for her to act like a thief just because she feels like it. Even now, she still refuses to apologize or admit her mistakes. She continues to deny and repeat her infringements. I sincerely hope this can come to an end, so that no more artists who love Fuyuhiko get hurt.
