After much time away I’ve decided that I will not be returning to tumblr. This blog has meant so much to me but it was also so very time consuming, time which I no longer have. I have also enjoyed not having the added anxiety that comes with being in the tumblr space. 

I won’t be deleting my blogs, but I won’t be updating them either. 

I’ll still be watching 12 Monkeys, and the show will always bring up awesome memories of great people within the fandom and the amazing discussions and creativity that flowed through.

Hope the following seasons are just as extraordinary, and thanks for sharing this world with me! :)

Holaaa! It's Tuesday and I'm bummed w/o my 12'keys fix so here I am! I saw what you said about how the Witness must be stressed orchestrating the whole thing - conjured up a pretty funny picture (creepy guy in mask biting his nail on the edge of his seat to see if Cole and Cass enter this door or what). And that thing about whether the CDC dyingCassie knew about what happened, my thoughts exactly! But I think destroying the virus and saving Ramse changed the timelines. (contd in part2 LOL)

part2: I find myself not so happy w ColexCass finally getting it on? LOL I know I was waiting for that all s1+2 but then she got all angry emo, then the whole Deacon thing(some pointed out she's a bit promiscuous like the refugee camp dr., Aaron, Deacon). Or maybe it's the gruesome interplay b/w them doing it w scenes of their friends dying! Bec as we find out, she's breeding the evil spawn of the red forest! LOL. Also, I'm starting to think Cole is the creepy skeleton from s1. (end rant) ^__^

Hey! I know right! The season went so quickly. Ahahaha I can totally imagine the Witness doing that.

I think the Cole x Cassie thing is typical with me also like its more about the unrequited love that’s more interesting to me too as much as I love them together and happy but yeah also in this case it all happened so quickly? I mean for them it took ages but for us it was like 10 mins and they were already pregnant. Also yes, I really don’t like how it was cross-cut like that with all that death, (seeing death makes me anxious as it is). I get what they were trying to do though, but it ruined it a little at the same time. 

Tbh I love that part of Cassie’s personality. She uses her sexuality as a way to cope with her emotions, to find comfort in a way, as well as just wanting to have sex because she wants to and she never feels ashamed about it nor should she and I love seeing that on tv. She doesn’t fit into the ‘virgin’ or ‘seductress’ tropes, she is just a woman interacting with the world she’s presented with as best as she knows how to. I think if she was a male character people would be less likely to give her sexual nature a second thought. 

Yes! I definitely think that Cole has some connection to that skeleton. I can’t remember the exact phrase she used but Jennifer referred to the skeletons eyes in a way that she would refer to Coles or she said something along those lines. I really hope we get to discover more about the skeleton next season. Season two kind of steered away from the virus so I hope we find out a bit more. :)

Do you know when you're going to open requests again? When you're done with the ones you still have or when? :3

I’m not sure yet I’ll have to see. I’m trying to gif the rest of the episode so hopefully that will be done by next week and then I might open up requests again after that and finish the ones I already have.

I saw the finale yesterday! To be honest I feel confused too. All I know is that the time travel in Hollywood is all like the snake biting its own tail or the chicken-egg thing. Just like in the original 12 Monkeys movie... ıf they didn't travel to the past from the future, everything wouldn't happen in the past but if the past didn't happen, they would no exist. So in this case the witness created himself? LOL. Anyway I feel so excited for the third season because my babes are in the future!

I know! It can be so confusing! Especially since there are so many different scenarios that could be true. Imagine how stressed the Witness must have been having to orchestrate such an elaborate plan just to be born ahahah wow but then it’s exactly like you said because he would’ve already done it to be born in the first place and on and on it goes. Oh well, even if I don’t understand 100% of the ‘science’ of it all it’s still amazing to watch. 

I can’t wait too! I’m kinda glad that Titan is from the future because I kept thinking, how the heck did no one notice this cult factory just chilling there this whole time? Hahah I wonder what the future is like there beyond Titan and if we will see any familiar faces there.

Do you think that the Cassie that died in 109 in the CDC was aware of her history (future?) with Cole, being the mother of the Witness, etc?

That’s a really great question! I wouldn’t know for sure but I feel like maybe she didn’t? Technically she probably did but (obviously because the actors didn’t know where the story headed) I just feel like she didn’t for some reason like something definitely went down but maybe an alternate version happened. We might not get Cassie dying there anymore since Cole altered time. But then if we think like that, it’s like the Witness might not have been born if Cole stuck to not saving Ramse etc? So did he really alter time in that sense? And if Cassie did know then wow I can’t wait to see what happens from now until then because she is so chill at that point, even though she’s dying, she seemed kind of at peace with everything. I mean that could’ve been because she had no control over it but yeah I don’t know. Sorry that I’m so unhelpful ahahah I always end up asking more questions than answers.
