Uther was happy to the heavens when he got Caerwyn to help him bake something new. This time, Uther was trying to make a marble cake, and not so unusual was his messing it up. Thank the gods Uther could just ‘rewind’ his work and try again.

“Does this look alright, love?” Uther asked, nudging Caerwyn to look over. He hasn’t quite gotten the hang of the marbling.

Of course, everything Uther did looked good to Caerwyn. He didn’t know much about baking (though he learned more and more from hanging out with him so often), and thus didn’t know how marbling was supposed to look. However, he knew it looked better than the first time he tried to make a multicolored batter cake...
