@1d20ocs
It’s here! The updated sheet for the Toonkind homebrew race is finally done! (Mostly it took so long because I was determined to do new art as subrace examples, sorry)
The DnD Beyond page for the race can be found here, with the new Yupyaen and Hausen subraces separate.
Enjoy, and happy adventuring!

Race: Frankenalie Toonkind (link)
Background: Custom (Celebrity Adventurer's Scion: Name Dropping feature)
Class: Clockwork Soul Sorcerer (UA)
Neutral Good.
Summary.
She’s got a bit of a dramatic streak, but is generally a catgirl of very wholesome values. She loves making friends and doing deeds worth telling stories about.
If your wizard OC doesn’t have a huge motherfucker hat and gold stars and a dope ass purple cloak then fuck you I cast spell be more whimsical or die on you
Anybody ever want race options that are either no gender, or every gender by default? Well have some friends i definitely didn’t make for my own 2 newest characters.

I don’t have any more context than you do.

What are the full set of Frankenalie principals, IE how do they translate from Animation to Guiding Subrace Quasi-Religious Texts
Each time in life must have its turn. Each high must have a low, and in turn your deepest pits will see you rise to your greatest heights once more. To live a life to its fullest we have to see this cycle of ups and downs to its end. We all must follow our arcs.
To be unchanging is to deny the world. Adaptability is the only way to succeed in an ever-shifting land. Stretch past your limits, and squash your assumptions.
Be ready for the unexpected, and fold it into our actions. Always anticipate events yet to come.
We are not the only player in our lives; each item and individual can contribute, should we engage them effectively. All the world is a stage.
A life lived in caution has no spontaneity, but a life based on instinct has no goals. We must know when to rush straight ahead, and when to move from pose to pose.
Actions do not exist on their own–each has its consequence. While we follow through our intentions to their end, we must be aware of the overlapping effects in our wake.
Nothing comes from nowhere, and no end is truly abrupt. We appreciate the transition as much as the main event, the slow spaces as one stage goes out so another may come in.
Life is too short to limit oneself to a single action. There is too much to do; to stay ahead of our limited time, there is always a secondary action moving in concert.
The best entertainment is found when the standard is stretched to absurdity. There is untold delight in exaggeration of the mundane.
The greatest joy comes neither from action nor word, but from the knowledge of when to use them. Timing is everything.
A clever mind is nothing without form. The body is the vessel for our wit; its sanctity is the solid foundation from which we draw our strength.
Joy, laughter, and entertainment–these blessings are to be shared. Our delight is to spark the same inspiration in others, to lighten burdens and brighten darkness. To encourage this conduct in others, to embrace their greater nature–this is what we appeal to in all we meet.
Version 1.1 of Toonkind!
I received a lot of lovely and helpful feedback on Version 1, and wanted to post an updated version with improved details. Most importantly, the negative stat modifiers have been dropped entirely, and the subrace spells are more equal now.
And, people were eager for a Hammerspace table, so…
Have fun!
Homebrew: the Furmulus race [WIP v1.0]
Alice blinked at the white rabbit, and the rabbit blinked back.
Well, no: Alice had seen rabbits before, and this wasn’t much of a rabbit at all. Rabbits were about four feet shorter and didn’t have any thumbs; they certainly didn’t wear frilly dresses like this rabbit-girl did. Rabbits also didn’t tend to hop out from nowhere, get right in a person’s face, and ask who that person was in plain Sylvan. Some fey might do that, but the fey Alice had seen before looked more like butterflies than bunnies.
“I’m a cat person, actually.” Alice answered, using humor to mask her surprise.
The rabbit-girl frowned at that. Her humanoid nose twitched as she looked Alice up and down. “No you’re not.”
“But I am.” came a voice from above.
Only a bit more beastly than a humanoid wearing costume ears and a tail, the furmuli are an animal-like culture of people native to the Feywild. They’re thought to have been created by a more powerful version of the Awaken spell, though they can’t make regular beasts into more furmuli, the original method and the knowledge of who had originally done it now lost to time.
On the shorter side and positively pastel, most every furmulus is friendly and personable, able to get along with all but the most evil of people. They’re simple creatures, caring more than careful, who work better working for someone else than being left unsupervised. Even so, families of them might be found off the beaten path nearly anywhere, perfectly happy with or without visitors.
Caution: they might follow you home.

At last, the dark priest Harrow makes his appearance! That’s right, back to the Warframe conversions, and a cleric domain at that. A while back I realized I had only ever done a single domain so I figured I’d combined it with another Warframe post. Had a lot of fun with this one, converting his abilities were quite the challenge but I think I got it! Hope y'all have fun with it.
