It has taken me years to even feel half way happy with my body but then a man came along stole my heart and made me see me for me... He loves my curves he's seen every part of me and loved me from the inside out!!! You don't have to be skin and bones to be beautiful!!! I'm happily married and my husband and I have no secrets!!!! Don’t understand life sometimes... we get dealt bad cards but we keep going on with life! My heart is heavy with all that has happened today but I’m meant to smile and keep going! I have amazing friends family children and a husband that is always behind me and will hold me if I need to cry or to jus breathe!!! Chin up tomorrow is a new day!

Day 107 LYFE Motivation People say you're Beautiful no matter your size... yes you are beautiful inside and out but we see ourselves through our own eyes and not what others see! When someone says you are beautiful no matter what... simply say "Yes I am beautiful but now I'm beautiful, healthy and happy". Losing weight gives us a sense of pride in ourselves that we can feel... no one else. It gives us a pep in our step... the steps we make and feel as we make them.
