Hello! It's been a second! Whenever I work, I forget I'm alive, but thankfully I remembered! This is more officially said now, because of that! We have been working diligently towards the next update and will continue to do so until our next large update in the summer of this year! It's very exciting, and thank you folks for making it possible to keep going! I'll keep us posted as regularly as I can as per usual! In other news, I believe folks should begin getting things purchased from the Welcome Home Web Shop! (Here! -> https://welcomehome.shop/ !) I hope everything is so well loved and thank you all for your patience!
I think that's all for now! What have I been up to... I purchased a white board for Welcome Home's Multi-year plan! (And Red String to feel like a hot shot!)

Bonus blue dress version cus I couldn't decide which I liked better
Have decided that two of my OCs, Patch Puppy and Vespera Vayne, are an i4i & nb4nb couple. Vespera is a she/they demigirl with CAIS, and Patch has 17-AH (n)CAH (I hope I'm labeling that correctly) and is pangender going by any pronouns. They also both have autism, among other mental conditions.
Patch I've already spoken about at length- he's a lot of things. Musician, comedian, everything at all times all at once. Ves on the other hand is more chill, being the local goth poet whose personality can be summed up in the fact that her voiceclaim is Raven from Teen Titans. From the outside it may look like they merely tolerate Patch's presence most of the time, but she does in fact very much love her.
Oh also Vespera's fullbody looks kinda like this. Will add clothes later, but I imagine their fashion sense leans more whimsigoth with purple black and blue
Whipped up some neighbor charts for them as well for the funsies! Patch tends to annoy a lot of people (accidentally and on purpose) but is close with Barbie due to both being part of the prankster club and with Frank cus he was actually one of the first to actually respect her enough that it felt safe to open up. The dogthing has...well issues around wanting attention, I'll say that much.
Ves has NPD and isn't typically that chummy with others, the closest she gets to friendship being a mutual sense of respect for Frank, Wally, and (not pictured here) my oc Andy Mann

A scene. Eddie walks past Sally’s house, but he does it frequently in one day. Everytime, he says, “Good morning, Miss Starlet! Nice to see ya, Miss Starlet! Lovely day we’re havin’, Miss Starlet!”
Sally sighs, and says after the 15th iteration, “Is it really necessary to greet me every time you walk past?”
Eddie thinks sheepishly and then says, “Well… What else am I supposed to do?”
“You don’t have to say anything!” She insists. Eddie looks at her in horror, because that’s not Mailmanly at all.
Time passes, and Barnaby happens to be laying around under a tree where Eddie is mulling over a solution to this problem. Barnaby pipes up to get rid of him, “Have you tried barking?”
The next time he walks past Sally, he opens up his mouth to do his usual greeting, then stops, and then lets out a odd barking noise before cheerfully walking away.
