ehmmm mars is not for sale!
and let's seee...
Mars didn't realize he was gay until he moved to Spooky Town! (so like his mid-twenties). Mars is also demisexual next to being achillean, so attraction doesn't really come to him often.
Something silly, I joke about Mars being "Dethroned" a lot.
Not much to post, but hereâs some lil stuff I made!
The first drawing is of my OC (Gaston) in a very cool and interesting wh au called Donât Come Home! The creator is by the very cool artist, @jacenotjason!
The drawing of Frank is a lil concept of a wh au Iâve been thinking about, I just havenât fleshed it out that much (all Iâll say is that itâs based off Security Breach)
I havenât been toooo art fight ful. Hence why I havenât offered my user or nothing. But I thought I ought to at least attack some good friends for the 2026 season !!
Deer belongs to @jacenotjason and Audrey to @xfriki26
Henry belongs to myyy personal best friend @jbwashere

Samuel was living on the streets in his old city after being fired from his 3rd police gig. He was sleeping under nothing but newspapers and with dumpsters for food and daily news when things were thrown out. The one thing he always managed to keep on him was a crumpled pack of cigarettes stuffed with marjiuana tucked safely into his coat. They were love from a cheap pack that he could throw away the next day, but they gave him something to hold onto when everything else had slipped away.
He thought he lost hope, until he remembered something important. Something special. His brother. The two were never close, but he should have somewhere to stay if he went and talked to Eddie. Maybe heâd have enough warmth in his heart to truly let him in.
And with that knowledge he had in mind, he got up, and began traveling. He didnât know where, but he knew Eddie was somewhere.
The trip was anything but easy. He walked for hours until his legs ached, hitchhiking whenever someone was willing to spare a seat. Most weren't. Days blurred together beneath gray skies, and the hunger never truly left him, but hope kept him moving. It was a stubborn thing, refusing to die no matter how many times reality tried to smother it. Whenever he stopped to rest, he'd fish a roach from the pack, strike a match if he still had one, and let the smoke drift into the air. It did little to ease the ache in his body, but the familiar ritual gave him a brief sense of normalcy.
Eddie. The name echoed in his head with every step. They havenât spoken since... What... they were 18? 20? His memory was so muddled, he could barely remember WHY they stopped talking. Even as children they were never close, but that didnât mean they couldnât try now. Family was everything. Well. It WAS everything. Not since Samuel moved to pursue his job and school.
Depression won over his thoughts as he trudged through the woods. A colorful array of trees, bugs, and plants surrounded him as he walked. He was getting tired. Usually heâd be asleep on his bench a few towns over, but he was getting close. He could feel it. He knew.
Samuel reached into his coat, pulling out another cigarette with tired hands. He lit it, taking a slow drag before exhaling toward the canopy overhead. The smoke curled between the branches, disappearing just as quickly as it had appeared. He watched it for a moment, then flicked the ash aside and continued onward, each step just a little heavier than the last.
His pace slowed for a second. Pondering as he slumped against a tree, lifting his head
âWhat if heâs gone..?â
He wondered. People moved, changed names, died at a young age from stupid decisions. He got back up, and turned around to go home, before pausing
âOne more mile.â
So, he continued his journey, knowing after everything, he was never leaving a bench, or a couch, ever again. Whatever or Wherever he could end up, he knew someone would eventually take him in.
Samuel walked for about 25 more minutes, not knowing if he even reached a mile. Considering it being the 70âs, until he spotted something. A mailbox. People running around. Another town. He sighed and exited the forest, rubbing his eyes as he approached a bench, sitting down on it, flicking his burnt out cigarette out of his mouth onto the ground
âMaybe this is where I should stop.. I give up.â
The bench, however, unstable, crumpled under his weight, causing him to grunt in pain. But he didnât move. He laid his head back on the metal armrest, and shut his eyes.
But before he could even get rest, he felt someone roughly grab his shoulder, causing him to wake right back up, and sit up, his head bumping into the towering man's chest. He rubbed the back of his head
âCAN YOU WATCH It..mack..?â
He looked up, to find a bodega keeper. A pretty pissed off one if he did say so himself! He got up off the broken bench, rubbing an eye in confusion. Before he could even get a word out, said bodega keeper grabbed his arm, and just began shouting
âYOU REALIZE YOUâRE PAYING FOR THAT, RIGHT?! I'm pretty sure it was 2⌠no! 300 in cold hard CASH buddy! I swear! Not only that but youâre loitering on MY property! That's a fine! Do you hear me?!â
Samuel frowned, and sighed, pulling out his wallet, handing him a 50$
âSorry. That's all I have. Have a good day.â
He tried walking away, but was pulled back, causing him to roughly smack his hand away
âGet your hands off of me?! Who treats a stranger like that?!â
âTHATS ASSAULT.â
âYEAH, WELL, MAYBE DONâT LAY YOUR HANDS ON ME! Asshole!â
Samuel adjusted his coat, and sped off, speedwalking up the hill to where the rest of the neighborhood was, Howdy shouting about payment fading in the background as he was quick to storm back inside.Â
As Samuel slowed down to catch his breath, he recognized that this neighborhood was trashy. Most of it anyway. Houses were either weirdly colored, broken, or⌠Decent looking. He noticed a Library, it was cozy looking. Somewhere he could take time to rest and continue his journey.
He approached the library, and opened the door, it seems like they were open today! He went inside, and sat down beside the door, burying his head in his hands, his fingers digging into his scalp
He sat there for a bit. 30-45 minutes at best, until a hand⌠paw? Rested on his shoulder. He lifted his head up, and wiped his nose. He spoke to the man above him
âAre yaâ gonna scream at me too? I'm not looking for trouble.â
The beagle shook his head, and sat beside the sad officer.
âWhy would I scream at you? I just want to know, what's got you all glum?â
Samuel scooted away from the beagle, and looked him in the eye, his voice low and rough
âIm not glum. I just need a break from traveling.â
The beagle tilted his head in confusion
âTraveling? Where are you headed? I can probably help you.â
Samuel looked back down at the floor, a small scoff escaping his lips as he forced himself back up, his legs trembling from the exhaustion he was facing
âI can handle myself.â
Barnaby got up, and reached his paw out but paused, speaking
âNow hold on there just a second. You kinda look like one of our neighbors. Except the skin. But everything else seems about right! isâ name is Eddie.â
Samuel paused by the door, letting go of the handle as he turned to face the beagle
âEddie? LikeâEddie Dear?â
âWhy, yes, He lives in the post office down the street! You know the guy?â
Samuel nodded eagerly
âOf course I do! That's my little brother!â
âWell, I wonât pry anymore. Maybe you should go see him.â
And he did. He left the library, jogging down the street in desperation. Not for Eddie of course, but for a couch to sleep on. Maybe a bed if he was lucky enough.
But before he could even reach it, he bumped right into ANOTHER resident. He was about the same height as her, if not less. He sighed and backed up, about to run past her, before she got in his way
âWhere ya headed?â
Her voice was rushed as she spoke
âWh- psh- that donât concern you!â
Samuel responded, shoving past the lady, just to be stopped by her again
âBut you bumped into me, so it does!â
Samuel groaned in annoyance
âDo you have to be- mm- just MOVE!â
He shoved her away again
âDonât you think its a little rude to shove a lady?!â
She lunged, biting him, causing him to flail his arms as her sharp teeth sunk into his skin. She eventually got off, and walked away, muttering about how rude men were to women in that neighborhood.
He finally made it to eddies post office, and banged on the door, heaving and coughing. At first, there was no answer, until he banged harder. After his second attempt, the door opened, revealing his brother. A bit taller, but not all that much. Eddie was holding a bottle of some type of alcohol, swirling it in his hand
âWho are you and what-... Oh boy! My brother! The one that shouldâve stayed in his town.â
He tried closing the door, but Samuel stopped it with his foot. Eddie scowled
âMove your foot before I crush it.â
âEddie, please.â
Samuel begged, it made Eddie waver through his alcoholic daze.Â
âEddie, I need somewhere to stay!â
âThen find somewhere to stay? You have connections, youâre a cop for pete's sake.â
Samuel looked at Eddie, grabbing his shoulders pleadingly, but it caused eddie to stagger backâDonât you get it, brother?! I have nowhere to go! Iâve been on the streets for weeks!â
âThen stay with mom?â
Samuel walked inside, cornering Eddie, not touching himâSheâs been up and around in many different places, what makes you think I keep up with her?! I'm a grown ass man, who stays with their mother, Eddie?!"
Eddie sighed, then shoved Samuel awayâDo you want to sit down over a beer and talk about it?. Also, donât touch OR corner me.â
âI would LOVE to sit down over a beer and chat about it.â
