How It Works
Step 1:
Make a chart, calendar, or (in my case) create a blog! ALSO, don’t forget to write down the goal (weight) you wish to accomplish
Step 2: What to eat & When to eat
-Breakfast Like a Queen: omelette, croissants, fruits, yogurt, sandwiches, etc.
-Lunch Like a Commoner: egg (1 boiled egg), small salad, and apples; or half of what you normally eat for lunch & fruit
-Dinner Like a Beggar: salad, boiled potato, or handful of rice; or half of what you normally eat for dinner and a banana
**AVOID EATING SWEETS & JUNK FOODS
**Fruit should be treated like dessert (they contain a lot of natural sugars)
-Snacks: anything from 20 (cal) - 80 (cal)
Step 3: Physical Exercise
-Jump Rope (30 minute sessions throughout the day)
-Go to the Gym
-Skip (anything physical, really)
OR 1 hour of jumping rope and resistance training
Step 4: Remember to Drink a lot of Water
-Drink at least 8 glasses a day
