The time has come
So yesterday i got back from my summerjob. I‘ve been working at the same place for a couple of years now as a cook, and every year i get there at at about 67ish kg and i get home weighing about 74kg. So when i left in june this year weighing 70kg i was scared shitless bc i was afraid of coming back home weighing 78ish kg... but i stepped on the scale this morning weighing 71kg!!!! this makes me so happy !!! I feel like this could really he the year when i finally reach my gw bc ive come to such a good start!!!
You are not invalid!
If you have been struggling with an ED but you are at a normal weight. If you started on a normal weight and are still there:
Ive been struggling with bulimia/anorexia for 6 years and my weight has never been *really* underweight, and rn i am at a more than normal weight.
Just because you are not jut skin and bones does not mean you dont have an ED.
Just because you are not underweight does not mean you dont deserve help.
Recover now before it gets too late
Affirmations for Weight Loss
Half the battle is in the mind, so repeat after me until these phrases sink into your psyche…
“I have learned how to keep myself from overeating”

“I am reaching my ideal weight”
“I lose weight more quickly because I eat slower”
“I do not eat out of anxiety or depression”
“Food provides me energy, nothing more”
“My body is becoming more efficient”
“I choose to eat nutritious food and avoid unhealthy foods”
“Weight loss has become effortless for me” (FAVE)
I like to say these before bed, or during yoga/meditation. Try it. I lost 9lb this week.
feel the burn 🔥
here’s my workout that BURNS my abs everytime i do it. the key is: if it’s burning, it’s working.
cycling crunches: these target your entire core. it leaves me sore everytime i do them. it’s ok if you have to start off slow, remember that speed does not always mean it is properly targeting it.
leg raises: although these are meant to target your lower stomach, it plays a huge part in targeting the top of my stomach for definition. this workout, especially if you alternate by raising your hip, will really hit the spot.
heel touches: these might be the easiest in my opinion, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. they target the top of your abnominals, which is what achieves that little line in the beginning of your stomach. i like to do these a little while over when they start to burn.
flutter kicks: these are good to do right after leg raises since they’re the same position. it’s perfect to quickly alternate. if you want to challenge yourself, small and quick flutter kicks close to the ground will hit the spot.
russian twists: i don’t do these that often, but it’s usually because i forget to. when i used to do them, they would burn SO much. i should really get back on this one.
that’s for my favorite workouts! they’re definitely effective as i have seen my abs gain a lot more definition.

- taking the package out of the trash to look up the calories
circling the supermarket, vhecking everything for calories and then leaving without buying anything bc ~everything~ is too high calorie

Total: 268cal weight this morning: 73kg I think im going to buy a new scale as the one i am using now doesnt show exact decimals, only half kg steps - which is extremely unsatisfying. honestly this really makes me pissed,, my parents are constantly commenting on what i eat no matter what ‘eat more protein’ ‘eat more vegetables’ bitch i basically live off of protein bars, fruit, and broccoli. what’s more is if my dad sees me going towards my room with, say a bowl full of animal crackers, he’s like ‘put some of those back, that’s too much’ like !!!! bitch!!! let me eat what i want!!!
