It's been a #healing type of weekend. I bought this #larimar on a Mommy/Daughter double date with @happiness812 the owner of @travelingmillenniumfalcon Do you use #healingstones to help you? Wisdom is the power to perceive truth, and the ability to make the best use of the knowledge of truth. What got you started on this journey? What was your crossroads? It isn't enough to have knowledge or intelligence. You have to know what to do with your knowledge, your power, your purpose. Once you know it isn't enough to just say you know and understand. You have to act upon your wisdom, be consistent and focused. I started my relationship with my mind, body, and health at 15 years. I was diagnosed anemic due to hormone imbalances causing my menstrual cycles to be irregular. Long story short a negligent Dr started my motivation to empower myself with knowledge about health. 💜 Thank you @method.healthy for sharing this. It might seem silly and yet it is so important and so true. Our environment is a reflection of us. I get it, there are some days we aren't capable mentally of physically to keep anything in order. On those days just do 1 thing a day until you can do 2 and then 3 and then set a timer for 5 minutes and then 10 and then 15. Work yourself up to being able to do more. #Consistensy

Someone recently told me to have enough respect for myself not to cheat on myself. The hit home on such a primal level. My #innerchild heard that and it got me thinking. It’s on the days that you are least motivated, most frustrated and over all just want to call it quits. That is the day you need to push through it. That is what makes the difference, pushing through when you want to give up. It is not pushing yourself to the point of #burnout, it is being consistent and #disciplined. Be dedicated to you. Give it one more go.
