Scott’s outfit represents power, wealth, and status.
Pyro, Shelby, Avid, Drift and Sausage all wear Scott’s hand-me-down clothes, representing their loyalty to Scott and the coven.
Owen’s outfit belonged to Louis, whose memory Owen won’t let go of.
Cleo’s outfit belonged to their mother, whose influence and code Cleo still follows.
Apo’s dress was made for her by Cherri, who Apo’s ultimate goal is to return to. Her lack of outfit change also indicates her continued loyalty to the town.
Legundo’s outfit doesn’t change when he goes stage three, because he’s a townie vampire. Additionally, he was always doctor’s robes, his loyalty is to his profession and what it represents.
