Woke up this morning, feeling a bit groggy. I was hungry with heavy lids. The shower helped, up until the point I put my everyday lucky jeans on. No, not Lucky as in the very expensive brand. Although I do appreciate their stitching. Wait a minute - back to the stepping into my jeans moment: So this pair of jeans that has always fit me very loose were now the booty and thigh hugging, waist fighting type of jeans that will destroy a beautiful Thursday. IF YOU LET IT! Upon the marriage of button and hole, I told myself "You have choices" One of which I will not do...

Choice numero Uno: Would be to go out and buy new jeans, that will fit me like my lucky soul suckers did once upon a time. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN - DO YOU REALIZE THE SHIT THAT CAN COME FROM THIS... WHAT IF THESE EVENTUALLY GET TIGHT ON ME? I WOULD BE WAY WORSE OFF THAN I STARTED | *exhale...now that I got that option out of the way.

Choice numero Dos: I will go to the gym 5 days out of the week. NO EXCUSES. My plan is to go back to the basics, simple routing. Stair-Master that BOOTY girl...Clench them THIGHS...lean out that WAIST. And ultimately just feel good about myself -

As I got into my car, I promised to not let tight pants (that probably shrunk in the dryer anyway-hehe *i hope) ruin another potentially amazing day. 

So if their is an audience out there, lets do this together. Our goal this month is to just simply build a habit. 

Here's to a new HABIT!!!!

A single moment when everything felt so right. 7:00 am today I'm a little off. Hi guys, I'm trying to dispel an experience in going through, or at least have been going through for a while now.
