I haven't posted for a few days but I am still juicing. I still haven't completely kicked my one apple a day. So far I feel amazing! I have so much energy, my sleeping feels deeper, I feel more rested, more energy through the day, lighter and my head feels clear and sharp.
weight = 141.4 today :) which means a 5 lb weight lose so far.
I have started to incorporate exercise into my daily routine again. I have ran two days in a row and Thursday night I danced for almost an hour.
Things that seemed daunting to me mentally don't, my lows that I would have in a day don't seem to dip as low.
I have the occasional moment when the room spins for a second or two. I'm not really sure what that is but it happens only for a second and then goes away a few times in a day.
I have a conference out of town at the end of 20 days and I know I have to slowly introduce food back in my diet as my body won't be used to it... so I am now re-thinking the 20 days and contemplating only 15 so that I have 5 days to re-integrate food properly.
I am excited about the lifestyle change. I feel great and my cravings for sugar have almost gone completely. I still fantasize a little about chocolate but might resolve to only make my own and no store bought, high sugar with fillers, junk.
I am still sticking with mostly vegetables.
If I run or exercise/feel hungry I juice a sweet potato that keeps me full longer.
Typical vegetable and fruit list:
Limes, lemons, apples, mango, celery, cucumber, beets, carrot, mint leaves, parsley, kale, green pepper, yellow and red pepper, radish root, tumric root, ginger root, lettuce, cauliflower, chard, yellow beets, and sweet potatoes
I am taking an iron supplement, kelp piles, amino acids supplement, spirulina, chia seeds and vitamin D drops as well as acidophiles.
