Socrates said "an unexamined life is not worth living." And while I agree with that, overanalyzing your life can give you anxiety too. So just live in the present. Enjoy every moment. Put your whole presence into it, so that every action and word you give out is deliberate. The highest form of examining your life is by living it to it's fullest, according to your values and beliefs.
