Living By Happiness

If anyone asked me what makes me unhappy or what I dislike, I could go on for days, I mean days. I wouldn't even need to think about it. Yet, when someone asks me what makes me happy, I blank. I could think of a few things, like peanut butter and normal answers like friends and family. I realize I am living my life and making choices by what makes me unhappy. Essentially, I've been living in the negative. I want to change that, I want to live by happiness. To do this I need to get to know all the big and little things that make me smile, laugh, love, and feel warm. This, brings me to my new project, 365 years of happiness. Yes, I know that I will not be alive in 365 years, but this symbolizes that this is a lifetime project. I don't want to just try it out for a year, but I am vowing that this will be the new me. I will focus my attention on all the happy moments of everyday. To do this, I will take a picture, write down, somehow capture every moment of warmth and happiness that I notice in my day.
