Oh, you mean "The Tapclaw" on Dac 2? Hell yeah that was me!! That was a fun project! You have no idea what a climb it was to get that paint halfway up a support pillar. Hope it makes the walk there cheery!!

What they don't tell you about working on a far field team is that when you inevitably get jumped by a giant plant monster or unreasonably large superpredator, someone will want to take photos.
Anyway, does anyone know how to cook smth so big that the gristle in the meat is like a foot thick?
You're gonna wanna trim that down and render as much of it as you can. Pour the melted fat over the meat as it cooks, preferably low and slow on a VERY large grill or smoker, cut into reasonable portions.
That, or roast it on a spit and carve in layers. Call that the Attican Special.
