Quick update on this, after an utterly disastrous reception to this stupid thing, Microsoft has delayed rolling out Recall.

However, you should keep a very close eye on this, as the fuckery is assuredly not over. I recommend keep a watch your updates like a hawk, don't update to Windows 11 if you can avoid it, and disable Copilot.
