finish my spring vacation to London and Paris, back to my normal life now. this is the story I wrote before I went on my spring holiday. the main intention doesn't change but I think some happiness need to share with the right one so it won't have any grey color on it. wish everyone have a lovely June, I wish you well in future.

April 5th we drove to the park just to visit the cherry blossoms

in a large sense scarcity is a necessity for true happiness as it gives the human the ability to savor, to find beauty, meaning, etc. If my every desire is met then what is the point of living? I am thankful when I do not receive what I want, only so that I can sink deeply into presence when I do. I think that we must allow suffering to find us, we must sometimes accept lack, and know that it's all part of the rhythm too.

reading through the journal i wrote in when i was 18-20 makes me so melancholic;; the first entries were so spaced out and written in a very simple language and yet i can feel the delicate sadness and insecurity that marked those years. i went through a rough time with grief and mourning over the 2024 entries and it's so palpable even through the sparse days i jotted down.

my journals nowadays are so filled with colours and pictures and joyful words even in the days where i feel worse, it's so amazing to realize you've changed.
