For anyone who participated in the @50reasons to have sex fic fest: someone had reposted a number of the fics on Wattpad, I complained about my two that were there and told them all were reposted and Wattpad took them down

I found them following a tip from @lads-laddylads via Twitter that advised writers to google their fic name + ao3 name + the word Wattpad to check if any of theirs have been reposted. I advise my friends to do it. idk why this is a thing people do on Wattpad but, credit or not credit, reposting without permission is not okay and is a violation.

This is a classic fic exchange. When you sign up you’ll submit at least three prompts you’d like to see filled. You write a fic and you get a fic, and the whole fandom has some new fics to enjoy!

This is a Harry and Louis exchange, so they are the main pairing. Side pairings are allowed.

Please include at least three prompts so your partner has plenty to choose from.

The minimum word count is 4,000 words. There is no maximum word count.

Everyone must have a beta reader. Please use a Britpicker if you need one as well.

Be as specific as possible when signing up to ensure that you’re happy with your assignment and the fic you receive. Tag both your request (what you want written for you) and your offer (what you would like to write) as completely and accurately as you can, so you can be matched with an appropriate prompt and writer.

We reserve the right to request status updates from writers who have a history of ghosting on exchanges or who have strung us along in the past. If you have any concerns this might be you, please feel free to reach out and we can talk.  

If you need to drop out, let us know as soon as possible so that we can find a pinch hitter. Likewise, if you need an extension, let us know. We may request to see your work as part of the extension process. If you have no work at that time, we may default you and assign a pinch hitter.

This is an anonymous exchange, so please don’t reveal yourself before we reveal you. The surprise is part of the fun! Please abide by the spirit of this rule.

Right now he is working towards his before twenty five bucket list, and fate must have been smiling on him the day he won tickets for a show at Wembley, getting into one of the locker rooms is something he will have to think about later. Plus it doesn’t hurt that the show he’s seeing is his favourite celebrity crush, Harry Styles.

“They are NOT Icy Hot condoms, Harold. They’re fire and ice. They’re supposed to be nice! I bought them for our two month-iversary, but we got tested before that rolled around and they got shoved in the back of the drawer. But they’re about to expire and I don’t want them to go to waste.”

“Lou, I really appreciate the ten bucks or whatever you spent on those, but we haven’t used a condom in ages, and I’m pretty sure Niall used them once and said it was, in fact, like putting Icy Hot on your dick. Which, I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t sound pleasant to me.”

Louis looks at him skeptically. “Really? We’re trusting Niall on this?’

Reason #46. It’s Getting a Little Hard

“It is getting harder, that is true…” Louis breathed into his mouth, their eyes searching one another. “But I’m here, Harry. I’m here. And you’re here. And there’s nothing — nothing that can change that, yes?”

He sounded as if he were trying to convince himself as much as he was trying to convince Harry.

Harry didn’t, couldn’t , respond, so he kissed Louis instead. They kissed until the candles flickered out one by one and until Harry felt he could breathe again. He pulled one of the thick wool tartan blankets up around them and held Louis close.

Somehow he knew there would be a moment. A moment when he stopped looking for Louis, just a fraction of a second, and he would disappear, fading like a star in the night sky. And for Harry, that fear, that crippling fear had taken up a home in his chest, disabling him like nothing his enemies had brought forward thus far.

The fear of losing Louis was tearing him apart.

It was making him mad.

And that realization made Harry nearly as terrified. For an unfocused, mad , driven to distraction by lust, love , for God’s sake…a commander afflicted as such could lead no one. Not even himself.
