Walking up to the Irwin's house made [y/n] nervous. She had babysat everyone on the block. It's only this house that gets her nervous. The house has red-brown shingles on the roof that blends nicely with the beige- cream color of the house. It was much bigger than the other houses and looked much classier than the rest of them. [y/n] could only imagine what modern but elegant things must be in there. Technically, [y/n] can't take the credit for getting the job. It's all her younger siblings she has to thank for the job. Her sister, [y/s/n], started to have soccer practice with Lauren Irwin. So every time she would pick [y/s/n] up, Lauren would always talk to her. Sometimes when her mom couldn't make games, Lauren would ask [y/n] for a ride or an extra water bottle or even some cleats and shinguards. While you're little brother,[y/b/n], would hang out with Harry Irwin. Harry always hung out at her house. She loved the two Irwin kids like her own siblings. They were just as rambunctious and gentle as her own. And they loved her back. Maybe that was the reason she got this job. But she likes to think it was her own skill that made Ms. Irwin pick her. So here she was, holding her backpack tightly as she rang the doorbell. Not too long after Ms. Irwin opens the door and telling her what she should know. "Don't worry they won't be too much of a hassle. But I have to go. Bye!" Mrs. Irwin says walking out without a bye to her kids. "It's fine, she does that a lot." Harry says getting on his phone. "Don't worry me and Lauren will be upstairs while you can have a cuddle sesh." He says before walking upstairs. "Harry has told me a lot about you." A voice says to her left making her jump. She laughs it off noticing the boy with ripped tee shirt on and blue jeans. "What's with the blue jeans, cowboy." {y/n} says laughing a bit as his cheeks blush. "I...uh....they were..um." He stutters as she smirks. "It's okay, I'm changing and maybe you'll find your answer when I get back." (Y/n) says sauntering away toward the bathroom she saw in the mud room on the way in. "I thought she didn't know me." He says trying to understand what just happened. He had always admired her from afar. When He would go on his lunch break to the café down the street. She was a barista and a waitress and he would go the that café ordering the same thing every time just so she would actually notice him as a 'regular'. But little did he know she noticed him and liked everything she noticed. After most of her shifts she would go to the music store he worked at and picked out a new vinyl to play while doing her homework or by writing in her notebook. She would always think about him. Like the way his shirts looked on him, those ripped black skinny jeans he would always wear or the black-rimed glasses he would wear in when he was reading or tying. He has a very messy but rockstar style that attracted her more and more. There was probably poem after poem about rockstar boy. Some about his eyes others about his laugh or smile. She studied his lips and teeth for a while. While he concentrated he put his tongue in between his teeth or lick The his lips. She listened to each vinyl carefully somehow finding lyrics that would match everything about him. When (Y/n) opened the door she wore her Green Day tee shirt instead of her sweater that everyone saw her in. In his eyes she was adorable, sexy, and flirty. She has her hair down as natural curls formed making it looked planned. "So, what are we doing, Ashton?" She asks moving closer to him sensing the awkwardness." Uh. I was thinking Netflix and bingeing." Ashton says gaining a little more confidence. "Sure." She says walking towards him as he leads her to the couch. ----- Harry and Lauren come down the stairs at 6, interrupting Ashton's and {y/n} make out session. "I was just about to order some pizza what do you guys want on it." {y/n} says grabbing her money from her bag and grabbing the phone. "Pepperoni." Lauren say in unison before Ashton grabs the money. "Ha. You thought you were paying for this pizza, my mom is." He says grabbing the 50 from the jar and hands it to her. "Yeah, no. That's not how I do things." She says grabbing 30 dollars out of her pocket and dialing the pizza place. "Hey, this is Marcitelli's. What would you like to order." (Y/ best guy friend/n) says into the phone with fake enthusiasm. "Hey, (y/bgf/n), can I order 2 large pepperoni pizzas and 4 Sprites and maybe a large case of enthusiasm." She says laughing a bit at the end. "Sorry,(y/n) it's been a long weekend." He sighs as I hear a pen move across a piece of paper. "I'll pay for a pasta you can eat as long as you can deliver my order in 20 minutes tops." She bribes lightly and he chuckles. "I'll take you up on that offer." He laughs before hanging up. She hangs the phone up on its charge and walks back over to Ashton because they all left to different parts of the house. Climbing into his lap he ignores her and focuses on the movie. "Ashton, I wanna cuddle and kiss." She whines straddling his waist so all he can see is her. "You wanna kiss again?" He teases his hands roaming her sides bringing her shirt up slightly and she nods biting her lip to keep from smiling too much. ///////// The doorbell rings 5 minutes after the start of their make out session. Ashton groans lightly as (y/n) pulls away slowly letting her hand glide down his cheek. "Just let Harry get it." He says leaning in once more before the knock gets louder. "I'm gonna get that." (Y/n) says getting off of Ashton's lap. She opens the door as (y/bgf/n) walks in barely carrying all of their order. "You failed to mention you were babysitting so I brought it to your house and your mom told me you were here..." he trails off looking at Ashton who comes up behind me and wraps his arms around me. "Wait, Ashton Irwin, the guy you've had a crush on ever since 2nd grade." He says teasingly, waiting for my reaction. "Yeah, exactly, that Ashton. Here is 20 now, leave." She says pushing him out the door. "But my ti-" "Well you lost the tip when you decided to open your big mouth." She says shutting the door in his face and turning to look at a smirking Ashton. "I'm your 2nd grade crush?" He asks smugly reaching for her." I'm Devin?" He asks recalling her second grade crushes fake name. "Yeah." She blushes holding the banister. "Hey. It's okay I had a huge crush on you in second grade." He admits trying to comfort her. He pulls her into a hug and kisses her forehead. "Ashton Irwin, will you be my boyfriend." She says gaining courage and leaning back from his shirt. "No. No. No. I'm supposed to say that to you." He whines walking away from her. "Well." She says hoping his answer will come. "We were supposed to eat popcorn and pizza and then Harry was going to come downstairs act like he found the ring box in my room. I get embarrassed and tell him to get out of room. Then he holds out the note that was attached that has your name on it and you were supposed to blush as I hand it to you but now you asked me and-" (y/n) shuts him up quick with a kiss. Pulling away gently, she lightly laughs before smiling." Ashton, that's adorable I would have loved it but I'm asking you out and it would break my heart if you said no." She says not breaking eye contact while intertwining their hands. "Yes. But if anyone asks I asked you." He says leaning closer to her face. "Fine." She agrees before pulling him closer for a nice long kiss but "WERE YOU NOT GONNA TELL US THE PIZZA WAS HERE?" Harry screams splitting apart the couple.
