i used to write poetry for idk about 7 years maybe but not only that. i used to perform on stages, talk to the community etc. i was known. like half a year ago i went completely off the radar. deleted all my socials. didnt talk to noone. noone heard anything about me.

3 days ago i went to an event. actually i went there after the event when people were just outside smoking and saying goodbyes. then some girl came up to me and asked me if im that poet. i knew who she was but i didnt tell her. she knew nothing about me but my name as a poet and my texts. but she knew me.

she asked if she could hug me and told me how much she likes my texts. begged me to be active again. she recognized i was gone. people recognized i was gone. maybe i was someone after all
