it’s funny that you ask, because in the original draft for the fic, in the epilogue, Spamton was able to switch forms. I ended up removing this because I wanted NEO to still be a permanent change, and I felt like being able to switch would somewhat take away from that. So no, he cannot switch back.

As for strength and abilities, yes, it’s about the same as canon, though I’ve certainly added my personal headcanons/ideas into the mix.
