This is a healthy and flexible recipe with flavors that complement one another. I would start with dissolving the troll’s hair in a vinaigrette base. The happier the troll the sweeter the taste, so apply the dressing to taste. I would candy the remains and add them along with walnuts or pecans.
Grandma Rosiepuff - Puffball Schnitzel
Puffballs have a relatively bland and earthy flavor profile which makes them the perfect pairing for trolls. I would start with filleting the troll and using the flesh to accent the deep fried puffballs. I would squeeze fresh lemon over the puffballs and serve with aioli.
Creek - Fish Tacos
A spineless fish taco recipe for a spineless troll! Rather than adding lime juice to these fish tacos, I would juice this troll and sear the fish in the juice over high heat. I would use the troll hair as garnish before serving.
Branch - Dandelion Salad
Unhappy trolls typically take on a more bitter flavor. Expanding on this, I’ve decided to add this troll to a famously bitter salad. Rather than dissolving the hair, I would juice the entire troll and add it to a vinaigrette base to expand on the flavor. I would garnish with dandelion flowers and hair clippings.
Floyd - Ombré Pink & White Chocolate Covered Strawberries
While little is known about the flavor profile that talent-drained trolls have, I have a feeling they would have a lighter flavor. I would recommend sheering lightened hair due to suspected nutritional value and possible cancer-causing agents. I would recommend blending the troll’s extremities into a paste to add into your white chocolate before dipping the strawberries.

Anyways I lov how funk trolls are so explicitly black coded where even DreamWorks confirmed it in the official art book how they intentionally gave all of them black voice actors and styles from black culture for a reason and I think people should continue to keep that in mind and not forget that them being black coded is important to the narrative of the plot💜
