Some TADC fanart :D! . Been a fan since the beginning, but this is my first time posting fanart of it on here xd! Took me a while to find a way of drawing the characters in a way I liked :,>! Anyways, thought I'd share art on here since the finale came out recently, hope you guys like it! . Did these traditionally using acrylic markers, alcohol markers, and color pencil :D! . Chori art for @clowninin! . Was drawing some of my Insta followers' OCs, and got the chance to draw Chori :D! She has such a cute design and I had a lot of fun making art of it :)! . Anyways, go check out clowninin's art! Their work is really awesome!!! . . .

Tincrow Doodles :D!!! I don't typically draw ship art- but these two are genuinely so sweet, especially in the books :p! They just make a really good duo :>!

Some redraws of existing book art :D Tempted to remake my redraws since I was working under the restraints of my sketchbook (˘･_･˘). Either way, I always have fun finding illustrations from the first 14 books to redraw, I think they capture the tone of scenes really nicely :)! They can also be pretty funny xd. Guess it shows from the fact that the second illustration became a meme in the community :>!

(The last one of these two is from around when i first got into Wizard of Oz, so the designs I have for them are slightly different lol)

Anyways, hope you guys like this! Been meaning to post this for a while, but since it's June I thought I might as well make the initiative to share this now :>! Hoping to make new Tincrow art since some of these doodles are kinda old :p.

Do you think the Scarecrow was lonely up there?

Finally had free time and took the chance to draw something more ambitious!!! I knew I wanted to draw Scarecrow, so I thought it'd be interesting to explore his time as ruler of the Emerald City. I don't see much exploration of the fact that Scarecrow disliked his role as King, or at least, was indifferent to it.

This is also was my first time drawing the Emerald City, but I enjoyed pulling from several different references (including the books themselves). In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have put so much detail into the buildings since they either end up being covered or blurred, but I suppose it makes good reference in the future for me. Either way, I had a lot of fun putting most of my focus on the background/environment instead of the character :p. Anyways, hope you guys like this piece! I'm really proud of it, and I'll try to make more environment focused artworks in the future :D! I also look forward to sharing more art and designs from my version of Oz (if there's interest ofc)! As always, thank you so much for the support on my art you guys!!!

Felt inspired to draw Scraps (Patchwork Girl) ! . Don't know much about her- but I think her idea is really cute :>! This design might change once I get to her debut book- but for now I'm really happy with this one :D (especially the pin cushion bun :3)! . Anyways, sorry for the lack of posts as of recent- I've been kind of busy... But my scheduele should clear up soon enough :>! Hopefully I can start posting more frequently! ✨🎩Happy 5th Balanniversary!!!🎩✨

Can't believe it's been 5 years since this game has come out :O! As much as this game as been criticized, it means a lot to me. The characters, world, and story is something I find so interesting and meaningful :)! I wish I had the time to make a bigger piece to celebrate the anniversary outside of the animation meme, but I wanted to make something that captured the hope in Balan Wonderworld, not just the angst :)! Anyways, hope you guys like it! . (And to my fellow Balan Wonderworld fans/community members, thank you for being so awesome! You're what makes this fandom so wonderful [pun intended] :D! I'm so grateful for finding this community where we can all share about our love for the game :3) . . .

‼️FLASH WARNING‼️ BALAN WONDERWORLD TRYPOPHOBIA MEME!

Never really made an animation meme from this era of youtube- but I'm glad this was my first one!!! . Made this for the 5th anniversary of Balan Wonderworld! I was initially planning on doing this with all of the inhabitants (as well as Balan and Lance's true forms), but I realized I wouldn't have enough time by the time the anniversary came. I also lost the motivation- let alone even had solid designs for some of the inhabitants, so it wasn't as big as I was hoping :,)! . BTW, I'll probably post a smaller piece on the actual day of the anniversary :)! Was planning to have this be the post at first, but then decided I wanted something more wholesome to celebrate :)! Might also post a much more ambitious Balan Wonderworld piece once I have the time to make it, probably in May...? Can't guarantee that though xd. . Hope you guys like it though, it was really fun to make and I was happy with how it turned out!!! (AND HAPPY BALANIVERSARY) . . .

🌾🪓Scarecrow and Tinman Redraw!🪓🌾

Being a Wizard of Oz fan and Tincrow shipper- I had to draw my version of that iconic artwork of them :D! I really love this ship xd, they're genuinely so wholesome in the books, and overall just have a really good dynamic <3! I had fun working on this! Wasn't really sure what to do with the background at first- ngl, but I ended up going with something art nouveau inspired :D! ( Art nouveau really screams "Oz" to me) I enjoyed sneaking in details into the background, like the panels in the corners being different aspects of nature that relate to the characters (A cornfield for Scarecrow, a tree for Tin Woodsman, poppies for the poppy field, and sunflowers for the sunflower field in Marvelous). . On another note- how do you guys feel about my post-marvelous Scarecrow design? I like it- but I feel like something is missing ╯︿╰! I think the outfit needs more green...? If you guys have any suggestions, that'd be great :,3!

Scarecrow Traditional Doodles (Yay :D) . A lot of this is mix of older and more recent art (by older I mean about a month- but yeah)

Scarecrow and Wogglebug (ﾉ*･ω･)ﾉ !!! Found their dynamic to be really funny in Marvelous Land of Oz, even if 90% of it is just Wogglebug being a know-it-all and that upsetting Scarecrow xd. I'm gonna start the 4th book soon, so hopefully they'll interact again xp!

These two above were thumbnails for stuff I was planning, but I ended up not going with the one on the left since I chose Scarecrow and Dorothy running (in the watercolor piece I posted) The one to the right was a thumbnail for a comic :>. Let's see if I have the motive to finish it since it's only a couple of panels xd.

I adore drawing him in his Marvelous Land outfit (right) - I have to get around to making a rendered piece with that look (￣┰￣*) I also enjoy drawing him without his hat- he looks kind of chopped but I think that's a better choice for him xd . Anyways, hope you guys like these little drawings of him!!! I'll continue posting as I make more art :D! And, as always, thanks so much for the support╰(*°▽°*)╯!!! Happy Wondermonth! Sharing some quick doodles I made as a first post to celebrate Balan Wonderworld's 5th anniversary! Planning to post some other stuff I've make later in the month, and I'm really excited to share it with you all once I get it done!!! (I might do a mix of older fanart and new stuff I make specifically for this anniversary? Let's see- depends on how busy I am :p) Can't wait to see what everybody else is planning <3!! . . .

Designs for some of the Oz Witches! . Somebody requested that I share my designs for some of the witches, so here they are!!! Been looking forward to sharing them :)!

Wicked Witch of the West Putting her first because she's my fave design of the three :p! The design is a little much- but I think the campiness kind of suits her. I wanted her to kind of look like a raven because I think it would be an interesting approach :)! It was fun trying to get a bunch of colors into her design, other than the typical black and green that I see in most designs for her. I felt that the purple secondary color, plus red and gold accents add a bit more complexity to the design? Also wanted her hat to cover her other eye since in the book- she only has one eye xp. I know this pulls more from the 1939 design for her, but she's way too iconic not to :p! Despite having this crazy outfit and silhouette, I kind of imagine her being the lesser of two evils? Not saying I'm gonna make her good or anything, but I definitely want to make her more complex, kind of like the outfit is trying to compensate for something? Just food for thought- might change it later since I'm still trying to figure things out xp.

Glinda, Good Witch of the South I wanted her outfit to be very flowy/light, which I felt would be a good contrast with West (who's clothing is more form-fitting). I took some slight inspiration from some early 1900's dresses- but this is a more fantastical take :)! Wanted a star motif throughout, so you see it on her jewelry, tiara, wand, and and the foamy bottom of her gown. I also played a bit with transparency and iridescence on her dress, kind of like a bubble? And another additional detail- I overlayed a William Morris piece onto her dress (at least the pink fabric of it). I think it would add a subtle complexity to the dress :)!

Wicked Witch of the East Definitely the most difficult to design xd, since there aren't that many versions of her in media (except for Wicked, an illustration in the books, and Oz the Great and Powerful [we don't talk about that...]). Like West, I inspired East's design from a bird, this time, an Owl :)! Just think picking birds associated with Witches would be fitting. I also wanted to incorporate the purple from West's design into East's so there is some kind of consistency (they are sisters after all xp!) I felt going with something a bit simpler was more fitting with her in my opinion- she doesn't need an overly eccentric outfit to be evil. Tbh- the part of her outfit she would care about the most are the silver shoes, that also look simple.

And- a little bonus doodle of Glinda and Elphie from Wicked :)! This was my first time drawing Ariana and Cynthia, but I think I did a good job capturing their features xp!. . Anyways- that's some art I have of some of the Witches! I want to come up with names for West and East, but I don't want to pull the names from other Oz media xd. As for their designs- not sure if they're final, but I'm happy with them as of now :). Still need to design the Witch of the North and Mombi! I think there's more witches (?), but those are the ones I know about at the moment xp! In addition, I want to design the Jester from Legends of Oz :>, he's a genuinely really cool idea... . Hope you guys like the designs though! I really appreciate people showing interest, as well as all of the love and support <:3! . . .

Quick Ozma and Dorothy Art I made :D! . Just felt like drawing them :)! . Might change Ozma's design in the future? Want to make her a little more unique beyond the book design :<! But I am a fan of how I designed her so far xp! Thought giving them a face crest would be interesting since all of my other witch designs in Oz have face crests (I haven't posted art of them yet- but if you guys are interested- plz lmk :D). I know Ozma isn't really a witch- but I think she'd at least be a little magical- so I thought it'd be a cool way to distinguish between a fairy/witch from other humanoid Oz citizens. . Also, gave Dorothy an alt outfit :)! She's slightly older here since they wouldn't really meet until the 3rd book- don't really know how long it's been yet since the first (please forgive me- I need to finish reading it). Thought it'd be cute to give her a slightly more formal outfit while still keeping it grounded :]! I know she has shorter hair in the later books, but I adore her braids xd, I had to keep them :,). . Anyways, I want to say again- tysm for all of the love on of my Oz art!!! Reading your guys' comments are reblogs really makes my day :3!!! I really wasn't expecting how well they were received xd! I promise to continue making Oz art in the future >:)! (BTW, if you guys want to see specific characters from the books, please lmk! Tin Woodsman of Oz Art Redraw!!! (Have yet to read the book- but I really wanted an excuse to draw these three :,D!) . First time posting about the Tin Man! I'm not really used to drawing metallic surfaces, so hopefully drawing him will let me practice xd! He's my favorite WOZ character, so I'll definitely make more art of him in the future :D! I might change my design for him too? I like the one I have rn, but it's really close to the 1939 Tin Man 😓... . This is also my first time sharing my Woot design too! Will probably change his design as well once I get to this book and get to know more about him xp! I just saw his design and wanted to do my own take :J! . On another note! Got that post-Marvelous Land of Oz Scarecrow figured out! It was mostly a matter of balancing out the blues, greens, and neutral tones of his first outfit :)! Even included the red eye shadow he has in some of the illustrations from the books! . Ngl, I wasn't expecting this to be an entire rendered piece, but I got a little carried away xd. I did have to come up with a background, and I had to look into what part of the book this illustration was so I knew where this was taking place :p. Wanted to incorporate the color yellow into this piece since Winkie country is associated with that color :)! Warm lighting is also really nice to do :]. . 🌾Scarecrow Doodles/Designs!!!🌾

This is his outfit in the first book! Love it when people have blue in his design, mostly because it's a nice change of pace from the green and brown, and also since he's from Munchkin Land (which is associated with blue for those who haven't read the books). Not really sure how to add onto this- but I want to try to incorporate textures into more detailed drawings of him :).

Some alt outfit designs for him :)! This is his royal outfit and a concept sketch for after he lost the throne :)

The King Outfit is heavily inspired by Legends of Oz Scarecrow and Fiyero's royal guard outfit (can't decide whether I want to make my version of Scarecrow Fiyero- probably not, but I do like his uniform). He'd probably only wear this outfit during Marvelous Land of Oz when he's still the ruler of the Emerald City. (Also- wanted to point out that one of the medals on his outfit is an ax :3)

The post-royalty outfit is a slightly altered version of his first outfit. I was still kind of figuring out how I want to approach this design, but I included the sketch anyways :)! Again- Legends of Oz Scarecrow was an inspiration, and I really like the idea of Scarecrow being an inventor :D! I imagine he always had an interest about it- but he only began pursuing it after moving in with Nick in Winkie Country :)! Like to think he kept the goggles from the Emerald City.

Also redrew this artwork of the Scarecrow playing the flute- it's just really cute :3. I think I'll make a proper redraw of this in the future that includes Tin Man :D.

Anyways- those are some digital drawings I made of Scarecrow recently :D! I really like his character- and he's really fun to draw too :)! Also- you guys really seemed to enjoy my last Wizard of Oz post, so I'm happy to see that there's a community and interest for that here!!!

Scarecrow & Dorothy from Wizard of Oz!!! Been getting into The Wizard of Oz recently (that includes the books), and thought I'd make art! Made my own designs for the characters too, so the art will mostly be with my own head-canon versions of the characters (if anybody wants to see the designs- lmk cause I'm willing to share them) :D! On another note, this artwork is traditional too! I rarely post traditional art, let alone full watercolor pieces, but I thought the medium suited it xp! Had fun working on it too!

To be honest, expect more fanart because these characters have been rotting my brain. I'll still keep making fanart for BWw and Splatoon though xp!
