I want to lose weight so desperately and ive been eating no more than 800 calories every day for so long and Iām just so mentally exhausted. Iām so sick of it. I donāt want to restrict anymore but I still want to lose weight. this isnt fun. this is exhausting and frustrating and depressing.
How I like to fast
first set a timer for however long you intend to fast for
I would recommend around 12 to 72 hours
please do NOT try to fast for more than three days because itās super dangerous and youāll end up in hospital
every time you want to binge look at the clock to see how much progress youāve made
this really helps me to stay motivated because Iād hate to ruin all the work Iāve done!
if I do end up binging I restart the timer immediately and have to start again
obviously I really hate doing this so it really helps me see the consequences to my choices
I always end my fast with some form of fruit or vegetable and then later try to have a small and nutritious meal
if you feel faint or dizzy at anytime please have something small to eat
donāt weigh yourself until a couple of days after because you may have a little bit of water weight but I promise you itāll all come off and more
always remember to drink lots of water!!!

1102. I always feel so competetive with others concering food. If i see someone eat just little i immediately get furious (i dont show it though) and try to get them to eat more than me or i try to eat less. If not i hate myself even more and get frustrated. And it feels like they are taking away the obly thing that i am trying to get good at. MY thing⦠but all this doesnt apply to fellow anas/mias/eds just to ānormalā people and i hate itā¦
