And the tenderness I feel
The feeling of silliness when I made just the right stimis playlist is gone, and today gives me the place to receive every little click and noise and sound, to savor them deeply.
The Rip by Portishead loops. Why does this song sound like submerging oneself in water? My breath halts every time “and my tenderness I feel” comes up. I don’t know what the rest of the song says. I’ve never noticed, but today this song looks loops. And this verse carries.
My gaze fixes on the gauzy spread of clouds and the ocean to my left.
My car reeks of sweat from a night of feeling. Every corner of my body and voice felt and moved. It reeks because I was too much of a coward to meet a cold shower. But as I drive beside the ocean, I feel the urge to submerge my body in the depths of it it, and feel the cold water swaying my limbs.
The ocean is coming from my eyes.
My chest overflows and overwhelms, it's expansive. Anger pulses just below my left ribs. My arms, up to my shoulders, want to form fists and pierce through someone’s chest until they reach stillness, and my head meets a place to rest. Is that the image of a hug that melts anger away?
As the drive ends, my mind interrupts the openness feeling. I'm trying to find a place for anger to exist, to be received. Why is only love acceptable to give others? Why am I expected to offer love to someone who gave me anger, who gave me so much pain? Can everything be held too?
I’ve been dreaming of Gala lately. In each dream, she’s almost an afterthought, but I always save her from something unsafe.
Last night, she was sick. I didn’t know of what, only that time was running out. I searched for doctors at wee hours. My mom helped.
I saw Gala in water, submerged, swaying. It was the most danger I’ve felt in a dream. I got in the water and pulled her out. Again, and again. She still needed help. Something was wrong, but nothing showed itself.
I never reach the moment where I know she is safe.
Mom dreamt of Gala too, caught in a wolf’s mouth, scars left along her back.
What do I do with this? How do I carry it? Where do I take it? How can I help?
I need water. I need the cold against my skin.
Dos manos me arropan el corazón
So much has felt like someone else. I struggle to feel like myself. I'm struggling to remember what I look like or how I like to dress.
Siempre agrego sangrías a mis párrafos aunque sea journaling.
Me veía pintando primero un fondo blanco con pintura, using nothing but my hands.
No me importa.
Me veo después abrazando a Spencer.
Resisto, incómodo, falso, lloro, siento, me abrazo, falso?? falso…? no?

Ingle? La parte interna de las piernas. Quiero abrir mis piernas tanto. Hago yoga un rato. Que bien se siente. Sostén, sostén, sostenlo. Respira hacia ello.
Me abrazo, y me abrazo frente al espejo. No tan físico. Me tengo, me tengo. Merezco respaldarme.
Hoy me explayo, y me cuido en ello, en ello crezco, en ello saco, En ello juego. Esto es juego.
Te quiero.
Dos manos me arropan el corazón. Yo puedo. Yo soy. Y esas manos me dan el espacio.
Saco papel tapiz.
I Love you I love you I LOVE YOU Can I just love?
