Energy vampires can be enigmatic and charming. They often will either have a friendship or close connection to you but will only seek you out when they need energy or the need to “feed.” Pay attention to the lunar cycles as well as they typically either come out more during the full moon or new moon as these are typically powerful phases of the moon in which if they feed off your energy it is stronger for them. However they don’t need a special lunar cycle to feed. It can be done daily but not as effective for them. Energy vampires can get energy from you by interacting with you whether this is face to face, online, by text, etc. Physical intimacy is also another way they feed as both individuals are exchanging energy except the energy vamp is draining their significant other. Recognizing how you feel after interacting with one is a dead giveaway. Usually you will feel sick, drained, tired, can’t get them out of your head, keep thinking about them when you know there are far more important things to worry about, and the list goes on and on. Shield yourself, limit contact if possible, wear black tourmaline or another protective crystal, do a spiritual bath. The key here is to get your energy back and to put up healthy boundaries as this stuff is real and happens daily! Love and light
