Snapshots of students work from this weekend's class, didn't they do well! I even managed to make another 2 myself...
Newly listed Dragon eye in my etsy store. Custom orders welcome.
I was recently sent a lovely beaded animals book and had to have a go at this cute little penguin. Still needs his flippers but thought I would share...
This Labradorite has surprised me so much and still continues to do so.
These awesome arachnids are the work of Ukrainian glass artist Nikita Drachuk of Glass Symphony. Each exquisite spider is handmade using colored glass rods and a glassblowing technique called lampworking. Although clearly made of glass, each colorful creature looks poised to skitter away.
Head over to the miniatureglass Etsy shop to check out more of Drachuk’s delicate glasswork, including a selection of beautiful glass octopuses:

Sooo I don’t usually like spiders or creepy crawlies in general but I am amazed at the delicacy of these glass works with incredible detail!
Not for the squeamish!
Some pictures of a new piece all in peyote stitch and seedbeads, with a couple of swarovski too! Can't wait to show you the finished product!
Love this little owl! He's not mine and foolishly I failed to take note of where I spotted him but isn't he fab! I believe he is stitched onto a backing, and completed using seedbeads in sizes 8, 11 and 15, magatamas and superduos as well as 2 golden rivolis for the eyes. Such a delight
Time for a class! So proud of my ladies and they're baubles. Superduos and seedbesds, finished with swarovski and faceted crystal drops to add some sparkle.
Hot pink wire wrapped adjustable ring
Been busy keeping my hands working by making this chain of mixed gemstones. Love the different sizes, the round shape is so versatile and the piece goes with just about everything too!
Chunky gemstone necklace - multi gemstone - statement - colourful
So for my jewellery entries at this year's county show, The Orsett show, I walked away with 2 red ribbons and 1 blue ribbon. Very pleased with them! Starting to like receiving these ribbons now :)
I've been busy playing with resin and creating some new pieces. I've admired Dragon eyes for some time now and always wanted to make my own. Now I have and I can't stop!
I've had the lovely opportunity to work on these fabulous custom rings for pinkies customers. So much so I've ordered more of these fantastic boxes! What do you think?
REBLOG IF YOU'RE AN ARTIST!!!
Professional or not, no matter what art style, I wanna see how many artists are out there.
Being an artist doesn’t mean you are restricted to drawing, painting, and sculpting!
If you can write, sing, dance, or take photos, you are an artist! If you are good at math, science, language arts, or putting things together, you are an artist!
Whatever it is, if you enjoy it, it is your medium! You are an artist in that field!
You can get it here!: https://www.etsy.com/listing/236168599/citrine-and-amethyst-suncatcher-tree-of
This is just absolutely beautiful!!! Inspiration, truly!
