Today we can combine the energetic properties of both Saturday and the Waning Moon to release that which no longer serves us or is beneficial in our lives.

Gather items that represent what you want to release from your life. You can use any object that has meaning to you.

For instance, if you have a toxic individual in your life you can use a photo of them or even just a piece of paper with their name on it.

Hold the first item over a container and say :

There is no room in my life for this energy.

I cast you out.

Then drop the item into the container and continue the process until no items are left.

As a final send off, use some incense to clear that energy out of your life and cleanse your renewed space.

Dispose of the items after you complete your cleanse.
