The Kuo+
Did you know the names of our bikes are named after notable designers, engineers, and scientists?
The Kuo was named for Shen Kuo, a polymathic Chinese scientist and statesman of the Song dynasty (960–1279). Excelling in many fields of study and statecraft, he was a mathematician, astronomer, meteorologist, geologist, zoologist, botanist, pharmacologist, agronomist, archaeologist, ethnographer, cartographer, encyclopedist, general, diplomat, hydraulic engineer, inventor, academy chancellor, finance minister, governmental state inspector, poet, and musician. He was the head official for the Bureau of Astronomy in the Song court, as well as an Assistant Minister of Imperial Hospitality.
Shen was the first to describe the magnetic needle compass, which would be used for navigation. Shen discovered the concept of true north in terms of magnetic declination towards the north pole.
Being one of the most versatile bikes in the our A2B range, the Kuo is a bike for everybody. It is fitting that it is named after a man with some many occupations and talents.

We received our first shipments of the all new A2B Galvani bikes today and immediately took them through our e-bike test track, an 8 mile ride of urban terrain and steep climbs. This is a great value bike for the money. It cruises at 20MPH with ease and in fine comfort.
