Transthoracic echocardiography demonstrates a normal left ventricular Ejection Fraction of 62%, with no diastolic dysfunction, confirming her left ventricular hypertrophy is dynamically resolving and stable. During a peak treadmill stress test, she reached 198–200 BPM with total electrical stability and no inducible ischemia. Her prior PVCs are completely eliminated, confirming a benign, well-adapted "Athlete's Heart" fully cleared for high-intensity activity.
