okay listen up. So basically yesterday i didn't do shit during my shifting journey i ain't gonna lie. And recently my parents took my phone away so i stopped listening to subs while shifting. And like i was feeling tired around 22:30 so i went to bed and just put on earplugs or idk how its called cuz i hate noises while sleeping. Then i was feeling sleepy so i thought "why not shift?" but like i didn't wanted to do any methods or stuff cuz im a lazy bitch ain't gna lie and it doesn't stop me from shifting lol ! I just layed down and started making myself feel as if im in my dr not like visualizing the room just feeling like i was there and i was like "oh shit i have a live stream to do tomorrow what will i talk abt to entertain people" and i started planning my day for when i wake up in my DR and didn't thought much of it but like i really felt numb and i was so connected to my DR and then i heard a "fwip !" like you know the sound of the air when you throw something really quickly? But like really loud and i was like "i have earplugs dafuq?" and i opened my eyes and saw a red frisbee getting thrown at me and once i saw it,it stopped itself and fell right in front of me?? (dafuq) and like afterwards i looked around i was on the grass in a sort of playground it was really sunny and i heard a laughter but my heart was pouding so much because of the frisbee attack that i decided to return.
Anyways took me 2mins and NO efforts. You will shift just like you shifted more than 20 times to similar realities while reading this lol.

The senses shift last

Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.
It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.
Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.
What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.
You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.
Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you still don't get it think of it this way:
If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.
If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.
It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.
If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.
STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.
This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.
Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.
Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.
It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.
Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

hey lovelies!! I have some good news coming up, so I thought i’d share it alongside a small apology.
i’m so sorry I haven’t posted as frequently as I normally do, I haven’t had much motivation on posting and I don’t want to push myself cause i’d most likely get into burnout which sadly takes long for me to recover from 🙁

Hey! In this post I will explain to you quickly my method to go to the void state. I don't know if anyone had already talked about this method before because I discovered it on my own and it worked a lot with me! This is almost like the distraction method!
If you always fall asleep trying to go to the void, then this can help you.
So the method is really simple:
shifted with my eyes open
going back to this after writing about it in my diary last night –
i didn't intentionally do it, i wasn't even thinking about shifting. i was just playing good coffee, great coffee and letting myself just feel how sleepy i was, letting my eyes blur and unfocus! basically, letting go!
in my experience & opinion, it's hard to understand how easy shifting like that is until it happens & then you're like... oh! that was it...? there's no big hurrah!!! or any freaking out and it's not (and never will be) as unattainable as you think it might be
i forgot where i was going with that but blah blah blah shifting is still shifting, no matter if you're choosing to do method or no method, sleep or awake method, etc
it's as instant as you assume it to be... or something
reminder to shifters : you do not need to use ai to get shifting motivation! ai is toxic to our society and planet and you should not be promoting using it, i don't care what the circumstances are. it is very disappointing to see so many people promote the use of ai apps for motivation when all you could do instead is just.... shift? there are genuinely no excuses
