ACT 3.2: "I failed..."/Chief Prowlus
[EXT. FOREST CLEARING NEAR THE VOLCANO – EVENING]
The group approached a quiet clearing where the last light of day flickered softly through the trees. A sudden rustle drew their eyes to Castorp, standing tall and steady, a magnificent falcon perched proudly on his outstretched arm.
Castorp (with his deep German accent): Go now. Find Spyro and tell him I have found them.
With a sharp nod, the falcon launched into the sky, wings cutting through the fading light.
Nearby, Hare and Share Bear struggled with a shimmering tether, their efforts frustratingly fruitless.
Share Bear (irritated): This is hopeless... it won’t come loose.
Hare (trying to stay hopeful): Maybe if we twist it—
Share Bear (turning sharply): Twist what? It’s magic, Hare!
A chuckle broke through as Grumpy Bear sauntered up behind them.
Grumpy Bear: Ha. This is better than breakfast TV.
They moved closer to Castorp, pausing on the ridge to survey the horizon. The ominous silhouette of a volcano loomed, its mouth spitting fire and shadow.
Hare: The Dark Master... he’s back.
Castorp: Yes. Shortly after your disappearance, he struck with a fury, reclaiming the temple throne. Through dark sorcery, he now suspends it above the land—a cruel reminder of his dominion. We have been at war ever since. Every day, his forces multiply, and hope fades from our side.
As the words hung heavy, a crackling campfire flickered to life nearby, bathing the group in a warm glow.
Hare (voice low, weighed down): I failed. Everyone was counting on me, and I let them down.
Share Bear: Not everything was in your control. Don’t carry this burden alone.
Castorp: You’re alive—all of you. The creature we faced is no common foe. An ancient earth golem, forged in destruction by Malefor himself. These are dark times indeed.
Hare: Then it falls to me. I must stop him.
Funshine Bear (waving his paws nervously): Hey, hey, slow down there, big guy! No need to charge headfirst. We just woke up from a three-year nap—we’ve got some catching up to do.
Suddenly, from nowhere, a green burst of energy shot forward—striking Share Bear in the face. She gasped, then collapsed unconscious.
Funshine Bear (wide-eyed): What the—? Is she... asleep?
Before anyone could react, another blast struck Hare, knocking him down as well.
Funshine Bear: Hey! No!
He spun around just as another energy bolt hurtled toward him. The world slowed, the moment stretching in desperate suspense.
[EXT. VILLAGE IN THE VALLEY – NEXT DAY]
At the base of a large water tower, Hare and Share Bear lay shackled. Their limbs were heavy with exhaustion, but their spirits still flickered.
Share Bear lifted her head weakly, eyes finding Hare’s as he stirred upright.
Before them, Castorp was bound to another tower, guarded by a trio of imposing, armored cheetahs.
Chief Prowlus strode forward, stern and unforgiving.
Chief Prowlus: Dragons... Do you truly have so little respect for our laws, forging alliances with those who brought us suffering?
Castorp (voice steady, eyes unwavering): Chief Prowlus! Malefor alone bears the blame. This warrior—Hare—is our last hope. You must believe that.
Chief Prowlus: The purple dragon? I know the tale. But I haven’t forgotten the shadows Malefor cast as a youth… nor the wounds he left behind.
He gestured to Hare, who glanced away, uneasy.
Chief Prowlus: I counted on you, Castorp—and on all of us—to protect this village. Instead, you abandoned us, bringing the outside world’s dangers to our doorstep.
Castorp: The dangers are here already. Ignoring them won’t save us.
Suddenly, a sharp cry rang out.
Blue Cheetah: Grublins at the valley’s edge! Ready your weapons!
A swarm of winged grublins descended, one hurling a blazing fireball at a nearby house, flames licking greedily at the timber.
Chief Prowlus (voice rising): Look what you’ve brought!
Share Bear (desperate): Release us! We can help!
Chief Prowlus: Our warriors are prepared.
ACT 3: Running away from Golem/Reunion
[EXT. CAVE EXIT – JUST BENEATH THE SURFACE]
Castorp: [Lowering his voice, his hand held to still the others] We’re near the surface now. It’s best we remain unheard.
[Suddenly—a massive, guttural roar tears through the cavern. The walls tremble. Pebbles clatter. A shadow shifts from deep within.]
Oopsy Bear: [Eyes wide in pure panic] RUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!
[He bolts with a speed no one expected from him. The rest of the group immediately follows, sprinting through the stone passage like a windstorm of color and feet.]
[Behind them, Erik Ahlberg pauses—fumbling with a clunky brass bell, his hand raised to ring it.]
Erik Ahlberg: I can scare it off! The bell—it worked before—!
Share Bear: [Snatching him by the collar mid-sentence] No time for ego trips, hero!
[She yanks him into a sprint just as the beast's distant roar crescendos.]
[EXT. FOREST CLEARING – MOMENTS LATER]
[The group collapses into the grass, panting, hearts racing. Then—giggles. First Wish Bear, then Cheer, then Grumpy, then even Hare lets out a low chuckle. Oopsy Bear is practically rolling.]
Oopsy Bear: [Laughing between gasps] Did you see the look on Erik’s face? He was ready to serenade the golem with a doorbell!
[More laughter. Except for Erik, who scowls deeply.]
Erik Ahlberg: [Dusting himself off with indignant pride] Frivolity in the face of danger. Typical troll behavior…
[Wish Bear suddenly pauses. Her expression softens, glowing with a quiet joy.]
Wish Bear: …Twinkers?
[She steps forward into the clearing—and from behind a tree floats a familiar golden glow. A large, silent Starbuddy glides gently into view, shimmering like sunlight reflected on water.]
Twinkers.
[Wish Bear runs to him without hesitation, arms open wide.]
Wish Bear: Twinkers!!
[They embrace—or rather, she hugs him tightly, and he gently bumps her cheek with one glowing point. Silent. Radiant. Peaceful.]
Oopsy Bear: [Blinking in awe] That’s a Starbuddy?
[He steps forward, his earlier laughter fading into quiet wonder. Twinkers glides over to him, tilts slightly—almost like a bow.]
Erik Ahlberg: [Storming forward again, suddenly anxious] Back away! That glowing creature could be a mutant wisp or worse! You don’t know it!
Oopsy Bear: [Stepping between Erik and Twinkers, jaw tight] Back off, Erik. You're not the only one who gets to care about others.
Erik Ahlberg: [Startled, then shouting] I am the only one here trying to keep this lot alive with some sense of strategy!
Castorp: [Voice booming, sudden and fierce] ENOUGH!
[Silence falls. Even the birds seem to hush. Castorp’s brow is furrowed with uncharacteristic anger.]
Castorp: I’ve tolerated your arrogance, Erik, but your mistrust is poisoning this unity. That Starbuddy is not your enemy.
[Oopsy Bear doesn’t cover his ears this time. He stands still. Calm. Twinkers floats beside him now, radiating a soft, gentle pulse of light.]
Oopsy Bear: [Looking up at the Starbuddy, voice small] You’re really something, huh?
[Twinkers says nothing. But he leans in close, nuzzling his cheek with a quiet shimmer of golden warmth.]
Wish Bear: [Kneeling beside them, smiling with tears in her eyes] He always listens… even when the world is too loud.
ACT 2.3: The Dark Crystal
[INT. ANCIENT PASSAGE – BENEATH THE MOUNTAIN]
[The path narrows as they descend deeper. The air grows colder, heavier. Faint pulses of violet light shimmer ahead—twisted, jagged crystal formations that jut from the walls like infected wounds.]
Hare: [Slowing to a halt, eyes narrowing] …What is that?
[A crystal pulses dark purple, almost black at its core. Unlike the others, its glow feels wrong, like a whisper pressing against your skull.]
Hare: [Voice low] I've never seen one like that before.
Share Bear: [Rushing to his side] Hare! Wait—don’t get close!
Castorp: [Gasping, stepping back with visible dread] That… that’s not natural. This crystal radiates corruption. It’s steeped in dark magic. You must destroy it—now!
[The crystal pulses again. Faint snarls echo within it, as if something alive writhes in its core.]
Hare: [Gritting his teeth] Then we end it.
[He opens his mouth and unleashes a stream of brilliant blue fire. It washes over the dark crystal, searing through it with a loud, screeching hiss. The corruption cracks—but clings on.]
Share Bear: [Eyes flashing] My turn.
[She steps forward. Her breath comes slow and deliberate—then with a hiss, a stream of emerald poison mist bursts from her mouth. It strikes the crystal like acid, fizzing and churning. The crystal trembles, then shatters, exploding into a burst of dark dust and violet sparks.]
Erik Ahlberg: [Dashing forward with panic in his voice] Share Bear! You could’ve been hurt! Don’t just breathe on random evil rocks!
[He tries to pull her back protectively, but before he can touch her—]
Hare: [Growling low in his throat, stepping between them]
[His body tenses. His head lowers slightly. A deep, draconic growl rumbles from his chest—eerily familiar. It echoes like a memory of Spyro himself.]
[Erik freezes.]
Erik Ahlberg: [Startled, stepping back with hands raised] …Alright. Message received.
[He shrugs, clearly unsettled but backing off.]
Share Bear: [Brushing ash off her paws, glancing at Hare] …Thanks.
Hare: [Voice soft, but still rough from the growl] You don’t need him breathing down your neck.
Castorp: [Eyes still on the fading remains of the dark crystal, murmuring] That wasn’t just corrupted magic… That was reactive. Like it was watching.
[Oopsy Bear looks at the dust pile nervously. Share Bear puts a paw gently on his shoulder, her expression calm.]
Share Bear: It’s gone now.

Let's talk.
Sooo, I was thinking about where I got my idea for my AU comic called "The Legend of Hare: A New Beginning", where it was based on "The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning", I started on my first page, and now I was thinking about the pages would be webtoons or something, but I need to think about it within time comes.
