Some of the guards have actually been going to ‘our side’ since they were so sick of Silvier and Bronzlie ordering them around… something about Bronzlie calling them ‘softies’ and all that…

I don’t really know… I feel like Bronzlie’s nicer than Silvier. But I’m not sure. I heard her training regime’s tough. •n•;

It should be fine. I suffered through Flammesbury’s insane tasks… like trying to make cyanide through reverse-engineering a bunch of apple seeds.

Fun fact, I helped create the powder that adds flavour to your meals! Some of the guards liked it, fortunately, so it’s not going to be considered as contraband anytime soon. I’m so proud of that powder… I actually took inspiration from Lucas Rimbaud’s cooking to perfect it!

Not sure what Flammesbury recognizing the device will do. It’s probably a doodleco device… so it’s inevitable that he’ll recognize it anyway. I’ll keep that in mind, however! 😋 Yes he is prickly I will agree despite being his apprentice.

“Oh you’re so gorgeous!!” Abby spoke to Amorette. “I love your outfit!! …anyway I’ll… trust you… pleasedon’thurthim.”

She sets Wolfgang down. He seemed to back away for a split second before reluctantly staying still.

Yes Abby is deciding not to question Amorette because the last time someone tried to underestimate a powerful entity, Abby became food.

She knelt on the floor and used her magic, turning Wolfgang back into a human. "There! How do you feel, Wolfgang?"

Wolfgang gasped as he sat on his knees. “GAH—WHA—ACK—“ he coughed up some fur. “Ouggh…” He should have not bitten his tail so many times.

He attempted to stand up properly, wobbling and struggling just to keep balance. Abby went over to support him just in case.

Wolfgang looked over to Amorette and nodded in gratitude. “Th..aank.. y..” his voice faltered.

Abby stepped up to speak for him. “Thank you for all the help, Amorette. I.. think all the time spent being a ruffire made him slightly forget how to speak, but I can work on that in my free time.” She chuckled. “Is there any way we could repay you? Or should we take our leave and… not stay in the castle any longer than we should?”

Amorette shook her head. "No need for repayment! And you don't have to rush out of here, either. Unless you want to, of course. Suzie was cooking a big dinner, did you two want to come?"

"I would love if you two would join, but please do not feel obligated to - you two may also have temporary rooms here as well, for Wolfgang to be able to recover without the pressure from Flammesbury or Silvier. What would you like to do?" Anna asked.

Abby shook her head. “Sorry, I’m kind of… iffy with food nowadays. I can really only eat the same few meals at times. Even staring at certain meals makes my stomach churn…”

She looked towards Wolfgang, asking if he would like to stay instead. He shook his head as well. “I..mm… fi..ne…” he muttered “Sil..’ier… ca’… go… shove it… won’t… ‘isten… to… ‘im.” He gave a soft chuckle.
