this genuinely pisses me off

I get some people in this world are homophobic but do they really have to go this far but disrespecting their rights? OUR AMERICAN DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE STATES, FUCKING STATES, that EVERY yes EVERY SINGLE PERSON STANDING ON AMERICAN SOIL, must be treated with equality, additionally being provided with inalienable rights. This applies to trans people too. They are human, not an object to be throwing and putting labels on.

Why do the conservatives have to deny every queer thing? Like come fucking on, I get it that majority of you are respecting your religion but do you know the phrase “be yourself?” If a person isnt what they believe they are, let them modify into someone they think is them. God fucking dammit give me a break

My school's been claiming that this law existed since the beginning of this school year?

Maybe it's just a Texas thing but my school has been being required to follow that law for a while now, and apparently it's happening worse for people who use their school computers as main computers since they allegedly can get gaggled for that sort of thing (allegedly, I don't know this for sure)

I was able to get off pretty much Scott free since I'm lucky because my school is (mostly) very liberal and has found a couple loopholes they use very substantially and my chosen name is unisex and it sounds like a natural nickname to my deadname, and even if I got outed my dad already knows and my mom would just not believe me (I wouldn't be in any danger) but if this was all over the country I can't imagine how many people would have it so much worse. Just thinking about the few people I know at my school who've been way more affected by this than me makes my skin crawl and they want to put the whole country through this???

Anyways yeah it sucks I'll tag all my moots I would absolutely fucking hate if the whole country had to do that
