intersex trans woman musician Dee Palmer passed away recently. (her death was only announced today)

she contributed orchestral arrangements to the band Jethro Tull in the 1970s, and would join the band as a full member later that decade.

i am pretty sad about this because i thought it was really cool that a trans woman was part of one of my favorite bands
