A meta Tim au with bird powers but no wings, nothing physical/body related except the fact that his bones break easy and he can move his head like an owl, He can fly as long as he flaps his arms, and he can make bird sounds perfectly, add in the headcanon of the bats using bird calls to communicate, and you have everyone not getting the calls perfect, Tim is, and is greatly offended at what their saying in bird, like, he just gets this really offended look when they use the wrong pitch or tone, and he's super light because his is birb, so everyone thinks he's malnourished (he's not, he ate worms and mice and bird seed and is, in fact, perfectly heathy, he's just small boned and skinny because of his powers), and he gets so confused, and he's more carnivous because his food habits take heavily from vulcures and other meat-eating birds, as well as fish-eating ones, but he can't stomach berries and things, so he has to take meds to get things you can't without foods, and like, he's not going to tell them about his powers, if he's alone, he'll use them, but never as robin or Timothy, never around people, and depending on bad or good parents jack and janet, he either hates the fact he's a meta, because his parents did, or doesn't care, because his parents thought it was cute, and made sure to get his everything he needed, got a private doctor and made sure it wasn't on any files that he was a meta because that would put him in danger, and they couldn't do that to their little boy, and they made sure he got meta safety courses that were secret and self-defence classes that he publicly went to, so they had a cover as to way he knew how to fight, and he was enrolled in gymnastics to cover his natural flexibility, and if you piss him off, he'll start hitting your face in a bird like attack
