Things that bring the crown of Leaders down

1. A leader who sleeps(have sex) with his subordinates loses control of them.

2. A leader who does dirt deals with his subordinates loses control of them

3. A leader whose secrets are known by his subordinates loses control of them

4. A leader who gets bribes from incompetent subordinates loses control of them

5. A leader who only listens to himself loses direction and interests of the majority

6. A leader who thinks only him is the best in everything loses interest of the majority.

Leadership is you leading a way that it should be. Be the example in your leadership position.
