today was supposed to be our first day of school, but the mayor decided to suspend due to unpleasant weather. (turned out to be pretty sunny for the majority of the day though 😅)

i took today as an opportunity to study economics and look for research topics! i also had a spontaneous study date with my friend in a nearby cafe, which was very fun 😊

i'm still pretty nervous for school, but i'm ready to face the next ten months with an open mind and a heart full courage!

Done with the first two weeks of university and it has been great even though I already have a million things I need to do

This is fun to look back on because I’ve now been done with my first year of university for two weeks! I swear I only made this post a few weeks ago but apparently the whole year just flew by. If the next four years go as quickly as this one did I am going to be done with university in no time.

Worked on my research/analysis paper for design history and worked on some more designs for my other classes. I’m trying to cut down on spending and go into a more minimalist direction. I just hate finding so many pieces of clothing, decorations, and other objects around my apartment that I bought and decided never to use after one time because I just don’t care for the object as much as I thought I would.

20/07/2019 | back to study finally! I went on hiatus over the past few months because life has been crazy 🌻 to sum it up, I’m now the manager of a not-for-profit mental health organisation and I’m finishing my degree online because i work full time! I’m so happy, this promotion was a huuuuuuge step up but I’m a lot more confident in the role and really enjoying it. I’ve had to adapt to a completely different routine and find a whole new work-study-life balance, but I feel like I’ve got that pretty well sorted now. I feel happy and healthy and I’m loving life! I hope you’re all well honeys 🐝
