I'm helping to organize this queer nightlife conference at Northwestern on March 6th. While there is plenty of chatter about queerness in the ether these days, this is one of the first conferences (and subsequent book project) to deal explicitly with queer nightlife as an object of study. 

Lots of academic heavy-hitters will be bringing their best to the (round)table. If you're in the Chicagoland area, you mustmustmustmust come.
