hey hi this is ember's dragonkin sideblog for dragony stuff! i have two dragonselves, a dragon named accorio and an angelic wyvern named tanzan!

I jist realised I haven't put any of my art of myself that I've accumulated up here, so I'm just gonna dump everything I have atm!

Almost all the art I have for now has wings, regardless of the fact that my base form didn't but hey I was a shapeshifter and wings make cool art so whatever physical form is a myth anyways.

I should probably get some more without wings tbh

Dragon’s Fire Hot Cocoa

I found this recipe and thought it’d be great for fellow Dragons. It’s spicy and feels like fire in your throat but tastes delicious! This drink also counts as a potion for Confidence and Motivation for any Witches out there!

3 heap teaspoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

½ teaspoon chili flakes

1 tablespoon of honey or sugar (add more if desired)

1 cup milk of choice

In a pot, add all dry ingredients and mix them together. Then slowly add your milk and mix thoroughly. Turn the heat on and continue to mix the drink until hot (not boiling).

Strain into your favourite mug and enjoy!

no, see, a lot of people think “dragon” only applies to eudraconia, but anything falling within clade draconia can correctly be called a dragon — wyverns, amphipteres, lóng, lindworms, drakes, you name it. 

granted, it is kind of a wastebasket taxon (hard for it not to be with such a long history of study) but so far the molecular evidence is supporting the inclusion of wyverns, lindworms and drakes at the least. wyrms, though, oh man. they’re a MESS. ask three different researchers, you’ll get three different answers for where they belong.

Actually… I’m totally gonna record all the dragon tumblrs I can in another document and copy and paste them into a post every time we need to do something like this. Let’s actually make this a thing.
