Google has been vocal about bridging the gender pay gap and diversity in the workplace. And they do seem to be fairly sincere about it. This new leaked memo does make one wonder how much of that was PR that didn’t necessarily reflect the real sentiment among male employees?
It could also just be a case of one (or one hundred) bad apples who give the entire valley a bad name.
