You know those shows that you can watch over and over again? The ones where all of the characters are so loveable and amazing and the story is just so beautifully written? The shows where you savor every minute of every episode? Avatar the Last Airbender is one of those shows for me. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly want in a show. It'll break your heart and make you laugh and make you think. Yes, it's a cartoon, but there is so much unexpected depth in it. I was innocently scrolling through my newsfeed on my lunch break when an article about this performance appeared. A screenshot of JB's beautiful face and a mention of Queen? Of course I clicked on it. "Holy shit" were the words I uttered when he opened his mouth and started singing. I was blown.away. This man never fails to impress me. He sang so perfectly (as always) and performed the hell out of that song (as always). Having a good time indeed. I'd kill anyone who tried to stop him. Bless whoever made the JB focus video, because let's face it. He was the most talented, handsome, amazing one on that stage. Definitely one of my favorite JB performances. Ask me about the others if you wanna know :)
Anyways! So I'm just watching this video in awe, partly because I remembered one of his V-lives where he mentioned struggling with self esteem, and I just couldn't figure out why. He's so freaking talented! Honestly knowing that he struggles with self esteem (even though I can't understand why!) kinda makes him more perfect. He's so real and down to earth and loves cats and and and and yeah.
But yeah. It's crazy how low self esteem affects EVERYONE. It doesn't exclude the rich or talented or beautiful.
Wow. This turned into a much longer post than I intended! Woops š Talk to me! Share your thoughts. I could easily go on about the greatness of JB and the struggles with low self esteem and how frustrating it is.
