I'm getting spammed with pornbot followers for over 2 weeks now and it's getting exhausting to block them everyday. I'm locking this account for the time being.

Okay so apparently I can't password-protect my main blog, which super sucks. But I can stop it from being searchable to some extent. Let's see how far this helps me evade the bots (which, btw are evolving- their usernames are no longer actual names and are growing more tumblrish. Keep an eye out and stay safe guys)

Thoughts not coherent rn but we need to talk about crushes that fall somewhere in b/w friendship and romance/sex

Like idgaf if you're already in a committed relationship. I like you.

I don't want to date you or have sex w you, I just want you to spend time with me. Talk to me one-on-one. Let me lean on you. Lay on my lap. I look at you like you light up my world, because you do. I look up to you. I wanna be good friends with you. I want you to be happy when you're with me or around me.

Put your arm around my shoulders, let's lay back for a bit and just watch the world pass by. When we talk, we can talk for hours. When we're quiet, we don't feel the need to fill the silences.

Dance with me. I love dancing to all the fast songs with you. I wish we could dance a slow one together.

I wish we could cuddle.

I want us to be close. You're so friendly but I'm so awkward. I hate that I look away when you look at me. I hate that my brain seems to switch off whenever you talk to me.

And the by allo standards, I'm in love with you.

But the idea of kissing you gives me... no reaction. I mean I could think about it, but it feels clinical. And kinda boring. My train of thought goes to, like, anime fanfiction not long after.

And it's the same with sex. Up till the moment I'm writing this post, I haven't ever imagined having sex with you. But I tried now... and I feel just as apathetic as I did with the kissing fantasy (if it could be called that).

I like you, and I have some sort of crush on you. Some of it involves a level of intimacy that is usually reserved for romantic relationships.

It's complicated.

It's also super underrepresented, and as a grey ace, I feel like we need to talk about these kind of feelings more.

There's more!!

The person I wrote this post about is married, but I don't feel jealous of their spouse. At all. Which is an interesting symptom of my feelings for them because I've had crushes and even loves in the past and let me tell you- I get Jealous with a capital J.

But not with this person.

However, I do get jealous of their friends. And the people who've known them for longer than I have. Maybe I wish I had more time with them? Or a stronger friendship than we already have?

Update: We met in person again (something that happens very rarely) and... yeah, the feelings haven't gone anywhere :/

1 - Do you prefer traditional drawing, or digital?

Digital, pretty much because it's much more vesatile and practical in my opinion, the costs of materials is also better with usually just an initial high cost. Depends, of course, on the software you use, if it's monthly or one time licence etc. But in general? More friendly with your pocket. But I do think traditional art has a charm that digital can lack some times. I've been thinking about taking on traditional painting as a hobby for that reason~

15 - How long does an average piece take you to complete?

A fully rendered piece can take around 7 to 15+ hours, divided between 2 or 3 days depending on my motivation and workload!

17 - Do you think you’re justified in giving other people art advice?

To an extent yes, but I don't think my advice is final or the only approach. I still have a lot to learn, so what works for me right now may not be what I'll be doing in the next year. I can absolutely talk from experience, and maybe something that I tell you will help you for a while. My biggest advice though? Don't settle for one thing, listen to multiple people's experiences and approach to art, and use whatever feels better for you and your current level/skills <3.

Finished binding another one! This is Desiderium, a fantastic re-imagining of AOT canon if Eren and Levi had joined the Survey Corps at the same time. Written by the wonderful @omnidirectionalmanoeuvregay! Gripping plot, the slooowest burn, hilarious voicing--everything about this fic is just! *chef's kiss*

Green and white for the Survey Corps colors, and gold keys for...well, you know ;D

This fic was so much fun to bind for so many reasons! Lots of firsts: first time splitting a single fic into two volumes (390k words will do that to ya!), first time doing a full-cloth case, first time hand-sewing headbands, first time I get to use my new imprint logo! I'm super pleased with the results.
